I’ve never had someone mess up my order so bad and be so disrespectful! Very bad customer service. Called to tell them they messed up my order and they said they would give us a couple coupons for a couple free subs and said to stop in the next day after 4pm because she would be there. Wasted our gas to drive there to get it like told just to be told they couldn’t give out free coupons! This is ridiculous, worst subway I have been too!

I always get the chicken bacon ranch and it's always really good the last time I got it it had rotisserie chicken on it and it was okay but not as good. I went to get another order in order to chicken bacon ranch but asked for the original chunk chicken that they used to put on it. I got it and it was good then I looked at the bill and I was charged for something totally different and was charged an extra $2 for the bacon. Went back talked to the manager and said the chicken bacon ranch only comes with the rotisserie chicken and the chunk chicken goes on the barbecue one and since I had bacon on it it cost extra. Guess I won't be ordering that anymore. Not a half a camper

This is so over due. I've thought of calling the district manager many times. Where to even start.. there has been many times in the last 6 months (we go there multiple times a month) both me and my husband have seen them add extra veggies we didn't ask for, add sauces we didn't want, they usually run out of "cooked" bread completely (so we have to get whatever they have by default not choice, sometimes that means flatbread, no sandwich at all or the last roll they have) or they run out of meatballs and you have to wait almost an hour to eat if they run out of either of those (meatballs/bread) we've been customers that had to wait and we have witnessed them telling customers this very very frequently. EVERYTHING I've listed so far is a problem I see EVERYTIME I'm in the store, lack of products, poor customer service, people leaving with something completely different then what they came in wanting because of the person making the sandwich in lala land putting wrong items on the sandwich and/or them not having what you want in general. Not to mention the up charges that you don't see till they ring up your food. They have refused coupons multiple times, they have had "closed" signs on the doors, "opening at _" (the blank is some random time they pick to open the store) and "please no more customers were to busy" signs on the door during business hours. We honestly still go here because it's the only subway in town. The convenience. Not the service. I'm starting to question the food, sometimes it taste like it's sitting out all day. Maybe I should start taking the drive to another location. This one deserves to go out of business ??

I went there last week and wanted 2 footlong subs. I wanted a cold cut and a mexicali. The girl who was prepping said "we are out of cold cut" without looking. So she proceeded to help another customer. Roughly 5 mins later she was ready to take my order. So i told her i wanted a mexicali. She put the meat and cheese on and toasted it. So, she proceeded with another customer. That customer asked for a certain bread, and said "we dont have that" again without looking. After that, she got my sub out and i told her what to put and not put on it. She did put green peppers on it, but that was not an ingredient for the sub and didnt ask for it. Then, she put some random condiment on it. Wasnt labeled, i asked "is that the baja chipotle sause." So, she grabs the right sauce and puts it over the other sauce. She didnt say anything. She asked "is that all?" You didnt even make it how its suppose to be. I told her "youve already ruined it" and walked out.

Today I was told to come back in an hour. They said they could not help me, they were making subs for a catering event. I just wanted a 6 inch meatball sub, quick an easy. There were 3 people, no manager. I go there quite often. Never again! Will it do any good to speak to manager? District manager?

Don't waste your time, employees to worried about talking to friends sitting in both, made my wrap twice and still wrong. Terrible and charged me for both.

Ordered two subs and six cookies through door dash. The ENTIRE order was wrong. From the wrong bread, wrong cheese or no cheese to the cookies not even being the correct ones we ordered. Called to speak with someone about it and "Drew" who claimed she was a manager was so unbelievably rude. Kept saying "oh well" and said what did we expect her to do...make new ones and drive them to our house? We were frequent customers but will NEVER order from Fostorias Subway again.

Messed up our online order, receipt correct, but subs made wrong. The person that couldn't have the multi grain bread because of seeds ended up getting that sub because the order was wrong. The other sub that person got because of the dietary issues had the wrong bread on the order. Mind that the receipt was correct but subs were made with the wrong bread.They really need to make sure the orders are correct, some have health issues and order it correctly but it is made wrong. For the price I think it is over priced for what you get. With the gas prices and then having to go get it again and my time I think they should pay for delivery to correct the mistakes they made.
