This is the LAST time I get TB in Ohio of all places. Where do I even begin??? Let’s see. My crunchwrap, cold, no crunch, barely wrapped. My baja no blast. I was sideeyed when I walked in. No aura in here. This is a soulless establishment.

I DoorDash and I have had several customers extreme late orders due to the GM KJ Berkley, telling the employees that front counter and drive-thru orders come before DoorDash orders. Why are DoorDash customers penalized? All customers should be treated the same, and completed in order as received. Employees are rude to doordashers

It’s Taco Bell. You know what you’re getting. My only complaint is the lobby IS NOT open at 7 am despite that being the only opening time listed on the doors and online.
This Taco Bell is a JOKE! Several times I ordered food from them and they messed up my order and forgot my food. The cherry on top was when they gave me a Cantina Bowl, where I ordered beef instead of chicken, however, they only gave me a SPOONFUL of beef. I could not believe it when I saw it. Then when I called, the night manager claimed its due to policy that they can't give me more. Then why sell a $10 bowl if you can't give someone a proper $10 bowl. You lost a customer on this one. Do better.

I did not know how to use the app and a worker named Sonja came and helped me figure everything out and then told me she was off the clock trying to go home, but she stayed and helped me get my online order figured out. Sonja is a fine young lady and needs to be recognized!

I'm sure most of their food is pretty good as. I have always liked Taco Bell but I thought I would try something different and got this chicken on tray. Cantina chicken. I did not feel very good for a couple days after that one. Fostoria ohio.

Every single time I place a mobile order they seem to forget items! The past 5 times I’ve had to go back for items not in the bag or drinks. 3 people standing at the register area but somehow none of them can get an order right smh
