So overall I've usually always had a great experience with Frankfort Pizza and had usually always used them as the first place to call for pizza here in Frankfort so tonight I got a pizza brought it back home, opened the box, and come out was an overpowering smell ? of like an old dirty dish rag, something sour, couldn't even attempt to take a bite because of the smell. So I called them up was very polite And asked if they had changed anything on there pizza because there was obviously something wrong with mine , they were going to replace it ok that's great, but then after about 10 mins call me back and says because they haven't had any other complaints, they were not replacing the pizza or giving me the money back bc they checked all of their ingredients and they are good. I took the pizza back to them and all, didn't matter. I'm not saying it'll happen to anyone else but if it does beware bc the old lady running the place is very nasty, very rude and extremely poor customer service. absolutely horrible

I ordered light sauce because we are allergic to the sauce so they put extra sauce with extra salt and garlic was the worst tasting food I have ever bought and ordered lightly toasted and it was black. The new Frankfort pizza is

The pizza here is REALLY good. Little pricey for small town but they have the market cornered...literally. Have had it twice in the last two years while visiting family in the area, both times have been good. Chicken bacon ranch is my fav. They are selling the business & I hope whoever buys it tries to keep it going. No other options in Frankfort & people got to eat.

Delicious pizza, great staff. Anytime I'm back in Frankfort, we make sure to stop and get two large pizzas.
Have paid for extra cheese twice now and it comes with less than normal..
