Literally took our order and finally brought out food. She set it down, rolled her eyes and never even came back except to bring the check. I am a General Manager of a restaurant myself, and I would have terminated this lady. It's not the first time.

Can't complain about the quality of the food here great menu nice dining room ample big screens, the reason for the service rating is it seems Door Dash and other food delivery services take the front of the line and leaves you with a long wait, I've order many times and noticed since them services started it's a longer wait.

We've done delivery service through them countless times. Most of the time our food is everything we ordered and fresh and the delivery people are usually great.But in some recent experiences the delivery guy seems intoxicated or stoned. And food is never correct and freezing cold.Tonight it took the delivery guy an hour and a half to even find our house. Called me wanting directions and was mumbling so I really could help him with directions as I didn't know where he was. We ordered two cauliflower pizzas and cheese curds. Pizza was cold and we got tater tots and wings. Pointed out to him these aren't our that we had cheese curds and he told us just to take them instead. Call to resolve the issue and I explained everything and I got no solution to this.
Grew up in Laynecrest and from day one. I live in Cincinnati but still drive up for dinner. I love A&G pizza! Pizza, wings and subs are very flavorful abd delicious.

Stopped in to grab a pizza had a beer while we were waiting for it to cook, highly recommend this place. I'm very picky on my pizza too, got a deluxe added some black olives, the crust was crispy the cheese was thick, and the beer was cold. Call bartender, game was on atmosphere was great. Love their pizzas!
