I’ve tried coming in a few times since I live nearby. It always takes over an hour to get our food and the servers are frequently rude and inattentive. I wouldn’t go again.

I took myself and 2 kids to dine in. There were only 3 other customers there. We were sat by the manager but had to wait 25 minutes. In those 25 minutes, 3 other tables were sat before us. Their drinks and food were ordered. Meanwhile my kids and myself were not even acknowledged. No drink orders. No "someone will be with you shortly". Nothing. I understand being busy. But this was not. We were simply forgotten. So we left and decided to go elsewhere after waiting for 30 minutes with no interactions.

The food was awful, what I ordered was not made correctly and I didn't even eat it. So angry for a waste of money I will never order again thanks for a great meal of hunger 😐

Ceiling needs attention, it's winter, so the heat needs to be adjusted so you don't need to wear your winter jacket inside. Service was only an issue because of attendance..as in not enough staff to cover guests...need a low radio to play so you don't feel as if you are in a library...

I just spent 25 dollars at the Middletown store on two meals which was horrible waited 20 minutes it was cold ,fries were old the coleslaw had to be old very unsatisfied the bacon on my sandwich wasn't done tasted awful I'll never go back ....

Good breakfast sport if you are in a hurry. I'm not a huge fan of this chain but they have great biscuits!
