We ordered chicken tender meals for two kids. The chicken tenders were so hard and overcooked. I couldn’t even take a butter knife to cut them in half. They were so hard we towed the waitress and the waitress said that’s how all of it comes out I’ve never heard of that. A chicken tender should come out golden, brown, and tender and eatable. These were not eatable. Not one time did the waitress offer us a refill on our drinks. The waitress only took one meal on the chicken tenders and replaced it with a grill grilled cheese meal for a kid. She didn’t even bother to take the other kids chicken tender me back to replace it because it was overcooked, so then she brings the grilled cheese meal out, and there was a hair embedded inside the sandwich then she never brought the kids their treats back so we had to bring it up to the guy at the register and he gave them to us. this place is not what it used to be. I can tell you that we will not be back.

I ordered a dinner bell plate when i went in to pick it up a guy came out and told me it would be about a 3 minute wait witch wasn't a problem but then they realized they didn't have any rolls down i said no big deal but when i got back to my room and opened my food i couldn't believe it the frys where burnt and so was the tender so needless to say the only thing good about this dinner was the dinner roll a wasted $9.00 never again!!

Not food/service related review. We had a flat tire in the parking lot eve of July 4th, and the manager Billy went above and beyond by offering help with the flat and inviting our family inside to stay cool while we waited for AAA. Even though the restaurant was about to close, he kept the doors open a little longer just to accommodate us and our kids. Truly kind and compassionate service — thank you, Billy! Hopefully this review sends some well-deserved business your way!

I just ordered takeout and they forgot the biscuits and gravy it was doordash but the manager had someone from the restaurant bring it to us sounded like a younger man, way to go you know how a business should be run...Thank you, Rick McCubbins

Everything was sticky! the baby highchairs were sticky, the waitress we had was lovely but the over place was in need of a serious power washing. I got the fried honey chicken breast with corn broccoli and carrots the corn and broccoli were delicious the carrots looked like they had been sitting out from the night before and they just said toss on any plate like a Russian roulette dinner side

Nothing to write home about. Food was just ok. Service was slow, felt like you needed to be one of the regulars to actually get full service. Sat for a while waiting on the bill, which the waitress completely forgot about.

I was with a group of 21, all senior citizens from an assisted living home, plus 6 of us caregivers. The service that Bob Evens extended to us was wonderful. The waitres was really nice and very helpful and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this Bob Evens.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

We’ve been to this store plenty of times before—even during their busiest hours—and NEVER had a problem. But this last experience was absolutely outrageous, and we will never be returning.

On Mother’s Day, I placed an online breakfast order an hour in advance. My husband went to pick it up, and they just let him stand there—waiting an additional 45 minutes—with no update, no explanation, nothing. Meanwhile, other customers were coming in and picking up their orders with no issue. It was like our order didn’t exist, and no one cared enough to say a word.

After nearly an hour and a half of wasted time, we finally told them to cancel it. They said we’d get a refund in 5–7 business days. That refund? Never came.

Reached out to the corporate office for help, no response.

Two weeks ago, we were finally able to get in touch with someone named Pete at the store, who said they’d mail us a check instead. Surprise: still nothing.

So not only did they completely ruin our morning on Mother’s Day, they’ve also stolen our money. No food, no refund, no accountability.

We were loyal customers. Not anymore

Update 6/9/2025:
This entire experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. My husband and I submitted every document requested five days ago, and we have received zero communication in return. On top of that, we were told weeks ago that a check had been sent — yet, we’ve received nothing.

Let me be absolutely clear: no service has been provided to us whatsoever. We’ve done our part, and then some, only to be completely ignored. It feels like we’re being misled and taken advantage of — as if the goal is to collect people’s hard-earned money without delivering anything in return.

The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic courtesy is infuriating. I will not be submitting anything through your website again — you already have everything you need. We deserve an immediate and honest update, and quite frankly, an apology. Considering you asked for our trust again & this is how you treat us…
