I don't know what happened to Domino's. It used to be one of my favorite pizza places. The employees are always friendly but the pizza has gone downhill. My last order was no good and it seems that topping proportions are very inconsistent; If I order Extra chicken, pepperoni, or cheese, there seems to be no difference between Regular chicken, pepperoni, or cheese. The pictures show the pizza from the last time that I ordered. It was overwhelmingly alfredo sauce and hardly any cheese, even though I ordered quadruple cheese, and doubled every other topping (there is no additional sauce on my plate, that was all from the pizza).
After reaching out on the App, I was contacted by Dominos and was offered credit for a new pizza. I will update the rating next time I try them because it might have just been a couple mishaps.

Seems like every time I place an order it’s the busiest they have very been. Multiple hour plus wait times on one pizza deliveries. Absolute joke.

Last couple times I’ve had food from here, it’s just been kind of disappointing. Pizza crust is thick on the outside and really thin in the middle, and I order extra sauce but it always seems like I end up with light sauce. The cinnamon twists are usually pretty good at least and everyone is really friendly.

Always good food! Always good customer service! One time they forgot my cheese dip by accident. They quickly called me and made it right!!!!
U know I get it. It's Christmas weekend. Nobody cares. But I wanted dipping sauce with my order. If you at dominos can figure out why I would want some dry dinner with no dipping sauce I'll wish u a Merry Christmas. But you can't. Because you suck.

Starting off they didn’t honor the promoted managers deal written on the wall, then the employee handling the register who had no clue how to work or even start it took our money when she was not sure what she was even doing and proceeded to give me change. We waited 25 minutes for someone to come check on us, and when going to check on our order nothing was there. The cashier never asked for a name or number which is how it would be linked to us and prove we paid and ordered it. Then she asks me for more money for my order when already being paid and totaled out. I gave her more money because she insisted even when we spoke up. Nothing was done to better or make this experience right, I highly do not recommend this location.

Ordered from the Franklin, Ohio location this evening. Never in my 51 years have I been disgusted with an order like I am tonight. Everything was dry with almost no sauce on any of them, little to no meat and cheese, and rolls hard as rocks, I'm still beside myself about it. For the amount of money spent you'd assume things would be made correctly, apparently not. I'll be ordering from a Middletown store from now on. Keep it up Franklin and your store will go under! Word to the wise, order from Middletown, trust me it's worth the drive to get your food made correctly!
