Paid Parking is a joke. Showed 30 spots available. Talked to Frank at fuel desk. He chose not to run anyone out who had not paid. If you're gonna charge to park, enforce the parking.

The parking lot sucks!!! Not enough room for backing when it's darn near full. It takes SEVERAL pull ups to get into the spots in the back row. Just TOO CLOSE for comfort!! This parking lot setup is a little worse than your typical Pilot/Flying J.

Good luck catching them open in the morning. Sign says they open at 5, but I've never seen them open before 5:45. The employees there don't even look at you if you're in the lobby either.

I will not go back to this place after going in and paying for a hot coffee and was given cold coffee. When I took the coffee back in and made a complaint the female working claims to be the general manager got an attitude and when I question her attitude due to them giving me something I did not order. She then proceeded to deny making me a new hot coffee and stated she was refunding me. She was not professional and I have been serving the public for over 30 years and to see how she was behaving, I am amazed they have her working with the public. When I ask her for her boss, she stated she was GM so she is boss. Eventually some man claiming to be her boss came up and ask what was going on. I explained that what happened and told him waiting for my refund but she was so frazzled and upset that she finally got my refund. I won't step foot back in a place that allows employees treat paying customers that way. Don't want people to complain, then give people what they paid for without mistreating your customers. What I seen, they cater to drive through and let people inside wait. Worst experience I ever had and again if the general manager behaves that way I can imagine how the rest of the staff is. This place is not even worth 1 star

This travel center was clean and the coffee was hot. While on the move we could grab donuts, a sub sandwich, some coffee and of course the lavatory facilities were clean. What else do I need from a truck stop?

Staff member told me their pumps "pick and choose" which credit cards to accept, and there's nothing they can do about it. Well there's something I CAN do about it - NEVER going there again! And SHAME on both management and corporate for allowing it to continue!

If you are a brand new Dunkin Customer DONOT come here. Bc if you make a mistake while ordering they will not let you live it down. No matter how many times you apologized the previous day. For not understanding the menu. And they will let you each time how your mistake made their life harder. Even though I spoke to the manager the day of my ordering mistake to ensure that it wasn't the employees fault. And I tried to pay for the mistake with my card several times but I was told no. The next day the same employee was working and she made sure to remind me how badly her manager yelled at her for my mistske and to please not make anymore mistakes.when you break down in tears from pure embarrassment. They will tell you to stop over reacting. I will never go to another Dunkin donuts again. I have medically affirmed debilitating anxiety. I feel bad for the workers here they act like their manager is a bulky. Idk the manager so I will not speak about their manager. Just the regular employees.
