We came here last night because Eastern didn’t have open bowling, hadn’t been here in years. What happened to this place?? They are down to only 10 lanes now (half of them are out of service) We got moved to another lane because ours wouldn’t turn on, the lane we got moved to dropped all the pins after every throw, 0 oil on any of the lanes, ball return next to us started smoking. whole place was dingy and not taken care of anymore. we got a refund and left after about 20 mins.

Went there for a birthday party today. They were closed the day before due to snow. Party started at 4 pm. The mom having the parry relieved a text at 10:30 am to see if she still wanted to have the party she said yes. We got there 10 min before 4 and no one was there. They got there at 4:03. Mind you the roads were completely clear. We walked in to tables with empty beer cans and dirty glasses. The party was for a 13 year old with younger children in attendance. They acted like the party was a huge inconvenience. They offered no discount no apologies no vouchers for a future visit. Very disappointed 1st and last time I will got there

I booked a birthday party here for my son, this place was absolutely HORRIBLE. Party was from 4pm to 6pm, nobody was there to open the place until 5 after 4. The place was a MESS, there was trash from what I would assume was from days before since they were closed 12/13/25 due to the weather, it couldn't have been from today because there weren't even tire tracks in the snow filled parking lot..I have pictures of the bathrooms, every stall had some type of mess in it, trash cans were over flowing, and if you needed to use toilet paper, hopefully you checked before you finished your business...it was DISGUSTING. On their birthday party flyer it advertises cupcakes as well, dont count on those because they said they dont do that anymore... No apology, nothing and was still asked to pay full price... I am heated, this was uncalled for and very unprofessional. If they weren't prepared, just say that, but instead they sent me a text at 10:38am asking if the party was still on.... I really dont understand how this place has business... 10 out 10 do NOT RECOMMEND.

used to go there often and I loved seeing the wayward jay play there. but new owners and the music selection sucks now .my GFS and I go to Lori's or some place else. get better openers like wayward j or a&t acoustics. lots of good local talent and get better national acts. miss the old owners

I pulled in the parking lot but didn't go in. Only four cars in the parking lot and dark. It looked very uninviting and kinda sketchy. I was actually looking for Elis because Google recommended it but couldn't figure out where it was. No lit signage. Finally realized it was inside another business. Maybe I was in the back lot? Couldn't figure out how to get in and so I left.

Used to be great! But the new ownership have really allowed the place the fall. Staff that I interacted with didn’t approve of the management. One quit while on the job! Not a good venue anymore.
Good venue for bands. Didn't order food or drinks. Parking is a nightmare and expensive

Was there for Creed and frank Foster and will never go there again. Over priced parking and drinks. Not to mention they tried to add a $20.00 tip to my drink order without authorization. The women's bathroom was a cesspool of dirty feminine products on the floor. So enjoy the money you made off of me but it will be the last time
