Very slow thru the drive through

Ordered 3 ten piece nugget meals. They gave the order to the car in front of me. Refused to give me more than 3 barbecue sauces for thirty chicken nuggets.

Then crammed all the meals and three sauces into 1 bag. Guess what happened the bag ripped and food went everywhere.

When I called in to complain I was treated like a criminal. All my handicap son will eat is McDonald’s and I don’t need to lie to get free food.

Completely ridiculous.

Absolutely disgusting, ordered something with one specific thing asked to be changed, the lady working read it back to me, the lady who handed it out even after making us pull forward read it out and the food was still made wrong, it doesn’t take a lot of time to change something everyone working here is pure lazy.

Terrible drive through service, i was the only one there waiting and it took almost 6 minutes to give me a cheeseburger and fries. Not to mention everytime you goto the drivethrough they have you move to a spot so they don't have to look at your disappointed face everytime they struggle to make something so simple. Half of the time you get the wrong order too. Goto another mcdonalds not this one

Went thru McDonald’s as a last resort for the night with the kids, ordered a McChicken and a double. Immediately after eating my food started to feel sick. Chicken was undercooked and patty on the burger was burnt. Spent all night breaking a fever because they had given me food poisoning. Haven’t had McDonald’s in months. And honestly probably never will again. This specific store has the worst service and I know it’s not the employees fault it’s the fact that management can’t fully staff so they’re slow as molasses. Health department needs to pop in there real quick and make a visit

Ordered through the app. I didn't order anything special. Drive thru parked me. Waited 12 minutes for food. This seems to be the norm at this location.

I found a hair in my sandwich, was already away from the store, we had gone through the drive through. I called in to let them know, and instead got a denial from the manager that it even could have happened, she said the person on her table was bald so it couldn't have possibly happened by it brushing off on someone's clothes or the person putting the sandwich in the bag. No apology.
