This location is incompetent. People can’t get the order correct with the app. I had a whole car pull in front of me while paying. Like how are they served and you completely cut the line. Couldn’t use discount app code with store promo? Weird only this location.

Where to pick up a doordash order they said that their pop machine was out they were waiting for it to get changed While my customers food sat on the counter with the bag open for the time it took them to fix it so I suggested that they make my customer fresh food they were not pleased about it but I felt it was necessary

Ordered a 2 cheeseburger value meal. Fries were oily and cold. Cheeseburger had no onion or pickle and burger was a hard black patty. Worst McDonald's experience. And nothing was right expect 2 chocolate chip cookies. This place was very busy, so cold food makes no sense.

This place really wasn't that bad a few months ago but ; this morning I just ordered 5 steak egg and cheese bagels with extra sauce and extra onion but apon literally fingering my whole sandwich to find Any essence of sauce I gave up and tried it, there was no sauce or even salt on it, so I called them to complain and the manager straight up said "there is sauce on It, extra sauce I watched her make it, you can bring the sandwiches back and I'll show you where the sauce is " ....? What ? I mean I get the manager trying to stop people if they are trying to get food for free but all of my families sandwiches were so dry and tasteless I'm really considering not going to McDonald's again ever, especially this one if the manager is like that.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is disgraceful and so embarrassing. This place should be shut down immediately until there is a staff who can actually work. I’ve waited so long at least 30 minutes and they had no pies at all made. I had to be refunded. This is just sad the world can’t continue to keep fast food in business. I’m part of the problem by ever considering to order this food. I had food at a home. Also they forgot a nugget.
Ordered the double cheeseburger. The burger wasn't even half the thickness of the advertisement. Past food has been much better

Pulled up too pick up door dash we sat at the window for over 40 minutes bags just sat there not once would nobody hand us the DoorDash order that sit there over 40 minutes I was about to pull away when finally a worker came over opened window still didn’t give us our bags the one worker with the hair in a bun on top was cussing and yelling so loud we heard her all the way out side the manager in the black shirt allowed this horrible behavior too go on I asked her could we please get our bags and she just looked at us like we was crazy I asked her why do we have to pull up here and hear such awful behavior and listen to the cussing going on and that’s when she handed our bags too us and it caused us to get a bad review on the food being late and cold it’s not right they should not do this at a work place just horrible workers.It was the one with the drive thru speaker on that was doing the yelling and cussing saying she was into it with someone at Walmart the day before. It’s just kid stuff they need to grow up. The one that wears the speaker at the window is the troublemaker of them all she loves to argue with people and fight and cuss no matter who’s around she has no respect.
