The staff was very rude, we ordered online and when we pulled up, he said door dash orders only. Then we we informed him that, it was online he sighed and groaned in anger. Don't get me wrong, I worked in food service myself and I get it's hard sometimes and can be stressful but that's no excuse to be rude to others. With McDonald's being open 24hrs they should take orders 24 hours, I get I sound like a "Karen" but I'm not, or they need to make it unavailable for you to order during "door dash hours".

The older lady that works the 1st drive thru window and has for awhile, is absolutely the rudest and most disrespectful McDonald's employee that I've ever met. I go through this McDonald's weekly and this is what you typically get out of her. She yelled at her co workers and myself today while throwing her arms up like a temper tantrum. I will no longer be going to this McDonald's before 4pm.

Well so far it’s over 10min. For a sausage egg McMuffin ordered off the kiosk, employees moving very slow and just looking at customers waiting in lobby like stressed and confused, they don’t even have very many orders.

The bathroom was disgusting 😞 No toilet paper, hand towels all over the floor. Told the manager, and he put toilet paper in the stall but not in receptacle. He didn't pick up the paper all over the floor. LAZY and a bad example to his crew. The burger had grease on the top of the bun. Will not return 👎

Horrible service took 10 minutes to answer at drive through. Charged us twice and then gave attitude when we caught it and asked for a refund. Then made us wait another 15 minutes just to get us our order right. Do not go to this location!!!

Ordered an iced latte and the worker tried to give me a hot coffee and I told her it was an iced drink and she said she didn't know how to make it iced? Then she comes back with an iced coffee and said to me it was a latte but it wasn't.. customer service has just gotten so bad

1 asked for a plain cheese burger, they ended up giving me not only a regular cheese burger but with extra pickles. 2 me and 8 other cars waited in the drivet hrough for 15 minutes before someone actually started taking orders. Not to mention it takes an extra 5 -10 minutes per car to get their food. This is just a horrific mcdonalds. Will not be coming back
