To the short haired RED HEADED woman that was working at 9:30pm tonight January 9, 2026, you need to quit your job if you don’t like doing it! She is so rude for no reason! She was handing our food out the window after waiting for 10 minutes, and we didn’t say anything to her but THANK YOU and as soon as our head turned to pass drinks around she started throwing straws into our car then slammed the window shut. Not to mention WE’RE MISSING items from our order. YOU applied to your position, YOU agreed to the shift your working, have some respect for your customers or find a different job. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

They had just mopped their floors. I went in to use the bathroom and fell. I couldn't get any traction on their floor and literally had to crawl to the exit. Some nice, strong woman helped me up!!

This McDonald’s is always a gamble. There have been numerous instances where I ordered food and then sat in line for 15, 20 minutes before deciding to just leave. It doesn’t seem to matter what time of day it is but I would avoid this location entirely after 3 pm.

After spending 20 minutes in the drive-through to get a simple big Mac meal and thinking the food would be fresh and hot only to be disappointed fries were cold and stale. Big Mac was also cold bread hard as a rock. This is easily the worst run McDonald’s I’ve ever visited and I’ve visited many in several countries do better people.

Not sure what's going on with McDonald's! The food & service is NOT on point. The manager is the reason I don't just give them a horrible rating. He did address the issue (server only filled my smoothie cup 3/4 up🙄 & the food tasted OLD!)

Just went there and waited half an hour for cold food. The dude in the back started running his mouth mad talkin bout how he isn't remaking my food. I ain't the one to let people disrespect me. I got my refund but had to let your unprofessional homeboys know. This place is an absolute dump.

They kept saying they were understaffed but there were staff walking around and yelling in the back. The young girl that was working was in the front looked totally bewildered, poor thing. But she was working hard to get everyone what they ordered. It’s like they lost every order and had to ask people what they ordered. Curse words streaming from one worker like a fountain, kids in the lobby, uncalled for. Breakfast is the only time this place is efficient.

I was the only customer they had today at roughly 4pm-(drive thru and dine in). Took them close to 20 mins to get me a drink and value meal with nothing specially ordered. The drive through worker never said a word when he handed me my drink, never said a word when he handed me my food. Not a hi, not an apology for my wait, not a thanks- nothing. Got on the highway and of course my fries were lukewarm and my burger meat was dry. Why do I ever expect anything more from McDonalds these days? Oh right- because I work in customer service and I know how to treat people, especially because they are the reason I have a paycheck.
