This location has been my go to for burgers the double smasher is delicious a long with onions rings.This team is very consistent with my orders never any issues thank you!!!!
The lady taking orders was rude as hell! Ordered a ham toaster and she didn't tell us they're out of ham until we saw "bacon" on the screen and asked what was going on. Then she got an attitude when we brought it up. Tell us there's no ham when we order! This lady needs re trained or fired. Unacceptable
Came back a 2nd time to try again and it took over 10 mins just for them to answer the red button, then couldn't even hear him. Then waited another 15 minutes for a very small and basic order..Really slow and bad customer service.

We have been twice in the past month and each time waited over a half hour in the drive thru. And once you're in the drive thru you're stuck and can't get out of it. Our order was wrong both times as well and the 2nd time it was cold. Do not recommend

I understand why the sonic is here. But it’s now in an awkward position. It’s initial design was to try to capture people coming in from a mall that no longer exist anymore. And it’s set up is a little off. For the money, you still get a good deal, but I wasn’t impressed with their garlic burger so I dropped a star.

I've been to many sonics and it's like orders are never right about 50% of the time. I've been to this one three times now and it is right 100% of the time. Crew has been friendly each time, definitely grateful for the fast service even though they apologize profusely for making me wait about 60 seconds for a hot sandwich. Stay awesome everyone at this location!
Sadly not only this location but others as well have really gone downhill over last several years. Same as Rallys. The quality is just not there anymore.

The food is always hot, which is why my rating isn't lower. But the wait I feel is always longer than it should be. I've gone here at 9pm, waited for about 5 minutes before someone answered the ordering machine, waited another ten minutes for my food. I've gone here during the day, still waiting on my order. I've never had my order taken and given in a timely manner (in my opinion).

I normally would never complain about food service as I know this day and age it’s hard to find good help. But I’ll never return to this location. When we arrived there were 2 cars in front of us in the drive through. They came over the speaker asked for our order we started to give it they repeated it back and then said sorry. And never came back to the speaker. Until 5 min later another person jumped in. After 10 min we made it to the window. Sat there for another 10 min until a lady came over and asked if we had even been helped? Huh? She took our payment and then gave us our drink. We proceeded to wait another 20 MIN!! A lady even came over again and said what is this window waiting on?! And my husband finally asked them what is going on with our order? She said we’re backed up and waiting on your chicken. OK we understand that, but it should have been addressed BEFORE our order was placed in the drive through. People don’t go through a drive through to wait over 20 min for their food. Meanwhile people were in there talking about their night out sharing pictures. If you’re that backed up all employees should be figuring out a way to help those struggling to get it done faster. There were 3 cars waiting behind us in the drive through. We should not have had to even ask what is going on with our food, it should have been told to us.
