I ordered in the app and it told me to check into a spot to get my order. The first spot I pulled into was apparently broken so I had to go around and pull into a new spot. If a corral is broken, it should be marked as such so people don't pull into it. They were busy so my order took a little longer, but the worker remade our slushes after some confusion which I really appreciated.

I would give zero stars if I could. Google says they open at 8 am. We arrived at 830 am with an online order. Lady at the speaker says "we don't open til 9" and doesn't give us a chance to even say we already paid. Tried talking through the speaker. Nothing. Went to the window, the worker ignored us. Went to a stall, pressed the button, nothing. Called multiple times, they kept REJECTING my call, once I did get an answer they HUNG UP on me. ALL we wanted was a refund for our order we ALREADY paid for. These sonic employees need fired for the extremely horrible customer service we encountered. When we finally did get the food we paid for, with ZERO explanation, we were pretty sure someone tampered with it and were too scared to eat it. Do not eat here.

Ordered food through DoorDash and they cancelled my order saying they didn’t have the food. Absolutely ridiculous!! Why lie about it. Just say you’re lazy and don’t wanna work or just close it down. This is the worst Sonic to ever exist. Guarantee they would have it if I drove there right now. Management needs to do better or get fired!

The service and quality at this location have gone down, despite the prices going up. They open and close at random times. They do not accept orders through the Sonic app any longer, which means you can't take advantage of any special deals. I really love Sonic, but I am disappointed in this location.

After seeing there sandwich prices we left. We ate it one in Lenoir City Tennessee about 10 years ago and there pricing was good.
Drive-thru was going a little slower than usual and then we had to pull forward after waiting almost 10 minutes. However, the bacon double cheeseburger was totally worth the wait. Try the pickle fries they're awesome.

I had my first and last visit here today. I went here for lunch and waited over 20 minutes on 2 chicken slinger combos. There wasn't even anyone else in the line, we were the first car. I was already irritated about the ridiculously long wait but once I got back to work & seen the quality of the food - I was over it. I had to trash both of the chicken slingers because they were completely burnt to the point where they weren't even edible. I ended up having to go spend more money somewhere else just so I didn't go back to work hungry. I definitely won't be back to this location.
