This is my close to Starbuck I always order but always its make wrong and worse drink I spent like 15 because I was craving lavender matcha they always make wrong and like the customer service is also bad the employee they always have a attitude and their faces so I ordered a Matcha latte today with a lavender cold foam on the top, but this is pretty little bit lavender form on the top and like the match I was really bitter

So happy to have a Starbucks closer to home! Friendly fast service with a smile. Zoe was so kind—smiling and greeted me as soon as I walked in and my drink was perfect!

Took my grandkids there for cake pops and sandwiches around 330pm...they had NO cake pops and NO smokey/sandwiches...my grand are finicky so we decided to go somewhere else...that when it became a REAL DISSAPPOINTMENT...because of design issues of this starbucks we were STUCK IN LINE FOR ALMOST 30 MINUTES...because there is only one lane in the drive through. Omgawd...call first to make sure they have what you want if you dont have back up plans for food with them! I will NEVER go back there and risk being stuck in line for nothing.

This is by far the worst starbucks ive ever been too waited 10 mins to get a coffee then it wasnt right on top of that the employees were horrible rude and also not helpful were to busy singing and talking to eachother to help other customers. Dont come here its terrible

My sweet mother just went in for a hot matcha. She was the first in line and still waited 15 minutes before the two gentlemen asked her what she wanted. She then received a match with espresso in it and asked to have it remade correctly. One of the gentlemen was in training and his “supervisor” showed him how to make it again. They then proceeded to not mix the powdered matcha and just poured milk over top of it and when my mom complained again they told her that is how it’s supposed to be made and she would have to go to the customer service desk if she wanted a refund. Then when she went to head to the desk they told her to leave her drink. Rude and ignorant boys. Would not recommend this location.

I've been coming here for over 2 years bc it is close to my work. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time I get a frappe it's not made well. Today it wasn't even blended all the way, it was ice and liquid. And since I got it before work I can't finish blending it.

Horrible customer service. I arrived around 7:20 PM, and the worker was rude and had an attitude. Her name was Shaie or something similar—a young lady with micro braids.
I understand my wife likes a somewhat complicated drink—the Cookie Crumble Frappuccino—but this lady flat-out refused to make it, creating some excuse or another. This is the fifth time this has happened at this location. The honest truth is she didn’t make it because it was close to the end of her shift, and she wanted to break down her station to leave at 8 PM on the dot. If that’s the case, she needs to find a new line of work.
Honestly, just over the refusal to make the drink, I wouldn’t have left a bad review. But the attitude she displayed—acting as if I was wrong for coming in 40 minutes before close and asking her to do her job—was unacceptable.
You seriously need to hire better people.

I was traveling and decided to stop for coffee. I was the second person in line before it became busy. I waited 15 minutes and 2 customers behind me got their coffee before me. When I asked it happened that they were just making mine and making it cold when I asked for it to be hot. Needless to say I was annoyed. A small cup of coffee costs more than $5. Is it wrong to ask for better service.

I ordered a ribbon crunch Frappuccino. I was the only one in line. Another person came up after I ordered. She ordered 3 drinks. They got her order first. When I asked where my drink was, I was told that my drink was harder yo make. So they made me wait for my drink!!!! I will not use this Starbucks ever again!!!!
Somehow every time I come here something gets messed up and nobody working there cares at all. Today I got a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, which I get often, so I know what it usually tastes like. Right as I grabbed it I could tell it wasn’t going to be correct because it wasn’t filled anywhere near the top and it was far too dark a color. I can usually tolerate if something is made with not quite enough milk or sweetener, but this tasted like it had absolutely no brown sugar flavor or sweetness to it all. It seems they were going too fast and didn’t add the syrup or fill it to the top. I hate complaining at restaurants, but it was undrinkable. I tried to tell the workers that they probably forgot to put the syrup and asked if they could possibly remake it. They took my cup from me and poured it in a bigger cup and added the syrup, then poured it into my original cup. The worker passive aggressively told me that next time I want extra flavor I need to order it that way, not acknowledging that it possibly could have been made wrong. I was also under the impression that they weren’t allowed to take drinks back and try to fix them, but they did anyway because I guess they didn’t want to take the time to make it right the first time or take the time to remake it correctly. Anyway, I tried to be nice, but I really hated being chastised for wanting the drink to be made the way it’s supposed to be.
