After waiting 40 minutes at the Middletown location and being told there were 15 orders ahead of ours we decided to come to Franklin. Miss Tammy was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Within 5 minutes of us sitting down our food was perfectly cooked and at our table. Everything was cooked to perfection and the service was incredible! Thanks for an amazing meal Tammy and the amazing cooks!

Our server, male (can’t remember his name), was extremely rude and unprofessional. We asked a question and he told us to get up, walk to the window, and take a look for ourselves very sarcastically. The food wasn’t cooked correctly, the bacon was burnt and the grits were clumpy and hard. We like Waffle House, but this location was not it

The worst i came in there. The tablet i sat at wasn’t cleaned. I sat there for 10 mins to see if they would clean my tablet after they all just stared at me. Then i order my food i asked for extra eggs and they give me one egg. Then they bring the new eggs out and they look so runny and nasty. Also the damn waiter didn’t even put silverware on the table at the start.i will not ever come back here again. I left with my food barely touched and still paid. The fact the waiter charged me for something i didn’t even eat.
