Lobby closed before 8, in line for over 20 minutes and the guy infrastructure of me still had not been helped, this place was a joke, need to fire management and find someone that gives a shit about customer service, never even ordered just left.

Good place to a quick stop and get something to eat!
Pouring rain in the drive thru and they made us come inside. We just made a mobile order. Once we were inside we waited forever for something we ordered ten minutes before we even got there. Really disappointed. L Wendy’s

Restaurant was very quiet. But my food was not good at all. My nuggets tasted like they were still frozen. My fries were super salty. And my burger didn't really have a taste to it.

I ordered the bacon double biggie bag. There wasn’t a single piece of bacon on my sandwich. When you order drive-through they make you wait until the person in front of you is done at the drive-through window and then you can order. I guess you can’t expect much when a Wendy’s is attached to a gas station. Do better! If you’re out of bacon, then don’t try to sell me a sandwich with bacon on it.

I had came to this wendy’s for the first time because the one in springboro was closed(everytime i go at night they are closed) this sweet lady tresa was explaining how busy she has been and i explained how the other one was closed and that was why. after a little i got my food and felt the need to leave a great review!
