The store location was not showing open in the app. Don't know where the confusion came into play with a combo that I explained 3x's and showed the older lady who stated I must be having a bad day 😳🤔🤨 Wasted 10 mins. Best to try next location about 5 mins away.

I often drive between Cincinnati and Dayton several times a week. Every so often I have a taste for White Castle. I have stopped at this location in Franklin throughout the year and every time I visit this location, the food is always fresh and made the way White Castle should taste! Not only is the food delicious, the service is always pleasant. Don’t let the fact that the restaurant is attached to a gas station deter you, because you are missing out!!! If you are driving up I-75 and have a taste for great White Castle, make this your stop. You won’t be disappointed!!! This is the best White Castle in and around Cincinnati and Dayton. ?

went here for a few breakfast sliders the lady running the drive through had NO IDEA what she was doing. repeating my order at least 10 times & still couldn’t get it right. waited in line for about a half hour just for the food to be cold and nasty. do better white castle

Within 30 seconds of paying my order was ready it was fresh tasting and the crew were super friendly. It was my first white castle in about 15 years and I'm happy I decided to stop in.
