Fabulous bbq brisket and pulled pork to tier

Went to Michael Lynn's in Lexington and this food truck was out there. I had the nachos, best BBQ sauce ever, with pulled pork that melted in your mouth. I highly recommend!

It is the best food I have ever ate the family that owns it is awesome👍🏻 I personally love the pork sandwich with shot gun spicy sauce with Mac and cheese and a have&have rye tea which is the best tea that I have ever had they are set up all over the place so get you self some food when you have a chance highly recommend them

This place was fantastic. Super friendly and food is amazing. We got the brisket and Mac n cheese. Do yourself a favor and stop and see them. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best food trucks I have been to! They were set up outside at Lincoln Way Vineyards in Wooster for their weekly music/food truck event and we were staying there as a Harvest Host guest in our camper. It worked out perfectly for our dinner for the evening. We ordered the pork and chicken nachos, the Christmas salad and the brisket noodle soup. Everything was delicious and the portion sizes were huge! We really shouldn’t have eaten all of it, but we managed to anyway! There was an extremely generous amount of meat on the nachos, I swear it weighed at least 2 pounds! The Christmas salad was fresh greens, cranberries, walnuts, diced figs, sliced apples, and a fig balsamic dressing. I got the optional chicken added to it as well. It was a huge salad, and incredibly fresh and delicious! My husband had the brisket and noodle soup which came with a side of cornbread and he said that it was outstanding. I cannot wait to go to this place again when we are traveling through. I will have to watch their event schedule and time it just right! So good

Highly recommend. Our Thanksgiving meal was amazing with generous portions. This was not our first time having On the Rise Bar-B-Que cater a meal for us and definitely won’t be our last!

Its hard to explain the popularity of this food truck. Do other food trucks have fan clubs? Do other food trucks have people stalking their schedule weekly to find them? Have other food trucks had crazed hungry followers arguing with security that they didnt care if it was a private event, they can see a the truck behind the gate, and they want neeeeeed nachos!!! ... Personally I've shifted work meetings to put me in the right town on the right day. I've got bottles of their sauces and backup bottles in the pantry. I've been yelled at by my mother for not telling her I was picking up their nachos and not taking her... this isn't BBQ... this is manna from heaven!

Had lunch from the on The Rise BBQ food truck when it was serving at the GLS conference in Loudonville in August. The fresh salad greens topped with fresh peaches, blackberries and feta cheese was delicious and such a generous serving! I had it topped with the pulled pork which was moist and smoked just right. Every time I have had food that this company has prepared, whether from the food truck or a catered event it was delicious. And their smoker is something to behold!

A couple weeks ago, my wifes extended family suffered a loss. Although the passing was not entirely unexpected, it happened as litterally everyone was involved with other family issues/events as well. A call to David and his amazing family, and the funeral after meal was taken care of, even though we are not ignorant to the fact that they had many other events to deal with and take care of. This is not the first time On The Rise has taken care of our family and I couldn't recommend any one else any more. They really are simply the best and it goes way beyond just quality of food. It's quality people too!!

Had On The Rise Bar-B-Que & Catering earlier today, had their brisket nachos, homemade Mac n cheese and currently devouring their peach cobbler, and I gotta say, food was, it delicious. I was satisfied with the flavor, and the juiciness of the brisket, the food was all around a solid win.
