Arrived at the Fremont, OH restaurant shortly after 11am. I was seated. Waited over 5 minutes for a waitress to take my order. Table was not cleaned well and the pepper shaker was empty. A female walked around with my food only to return to the “kitchen” and then brought it to the table. The waitress never stopped back. I finished my meal no one came. I went to bar and asked for my check. She state your waitress would bring it. After again waiting the bartender brought the check. The receipt had suggested “tips.” There was no service; there is no tip”. I relayed this on the check.

Husband and I drove over 40 minutes away for a date night at this location. We had to wait for a open table. We finally get our table and the server took our order by memory. We sat over a hour and she told us our food should be out shortly. Finally the server had the manager come speak to us to let us know she forgot our order. Manager didn't offer anything to make it right. Waisted our time, money on babysitter, and gas. Do not recommend this location.

Horrible experience went with my kids cups and silverware all had spots on them one was still dirty. Then for a MR steak pasta and fried chicken sandwich over 35 minutes to get our food. Steak was WD and the chicken in the chicken sandwich hard as a rock. Manager kept saying they were short staffed. Maybe Applebee's should pay more not to be shorthanded or just shut this one down. Second bad experience here. Definitely will never come back. I probably will never go to an Applebee's period. Used to be a great restaurant now you get better service and food at a fast food place then their restaurants.

In the two hours I was there with a party of 7 they could not get our orders on the table. TWO HOURS. The food service was laughably terrible, to the point where I thought I must be on a hidden camera show. This simply can’t be real!! Where are you Ashton?!

We were at the Fremont store last night 2/3 and there was hardly any customers, but the waitress was in slow motion not seeming to care about taking care of us. She huddled with other employees and seemed to ignore us. The bar tender was not much better. The restaurant has some good people, but it’s hit or miss on the service and seems to be getting worse.

Went there on a date and ended up having to leave 5 minutes after we got our food because the group of girls behind us couldn't handle their alcohol and threw up all over the table. Very gross, very nasty. Wasn't cleaned up right away either. We left.

Well usually very good, but tonight was not! The fish tasted fishy and oily, the French onion soup the cheese was so rubbery and could not chew it, almost like it was left out and got hard and they figured by slipping it under the broiler would soften it....NOT. had to keep reminding the waitress we need napkin and ketchup.

We had lunch at this location today. The service was slow. The riblets were full of gristle and cold.
Ughff... Applebee's. Food was pretty bland, service was extremely slow. We had to wait 45min to get just sandwiches and to get our bill. It's unfortunate that when you get unlimited fries included with your meal, you rarely see the wait staff. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

The food was decent and the staff decent. I ordered two glasses of wine. One with the appetizer and one with the meal. There wasn't wine listed on the menu or the website menu but I asked for Cabernet and she said yes, we have it. When I got the bill I was shocked. One glass of house wine was $11.75. We were at Applebee's in Fremont, Ohio. Applebee's , not a fine dinning restaurant. This was ridiculous price gauging and I will totally rethink going to Applebee's again.

The host apologized a hundred times, Such a huge shame to have 6 tables in the restaurant have people, and the rest is empty! To have a wait is just insane!!
Then to be repeatedly reminded that there is a wait, Is absolutely ridiculous!
