To Start off the back we waited 10 plus minutes for are food. But it was frash so I’m fine with waiting the workers was nice and had a great attitude. But the only thing is THEY WAS DRINKING ON THE JOB THERE WAS AN OPEN BOTTLE RIGHT NEXT TO THE WINDOW!

I DoorDash mozzarella sticks because there’s always a wait. So I DoorDash it so it can be ready when I show up I showed up and waited for my order and he mispronounce my name, (which is fine) but to say “or whatever “ after mispronouncing my name is disrespectful. Just clock out and try again tomorrow or something lol

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through line and lady taking orders and working the drive through window was very rude. We were also given the wrong food and the food was room temperature at best and the sauces they gave us were also warm/room temperature. Overall very disappointing

Place just sucks. Cant keep enough help to keep the lobby open. Drive through takes 30 minutes to get through. They dont tell you this with online orders so your food is cold and junk when you make it through the drive thru line. The place should be closed down

I should not be able to hear conversations that aren't appropriate on the otherside of the restaurant. The bathroom was dirty as well as my table the drink station needs updated too.

Lady was kinda rude but the men working there were nice so it made up for the lady being rude
Waited 20 min in the drive thru for 2 Italian sub combos , rude lady at window wouldn’t even give me broncoberry sauce because they were running low is what she told me . Never going here again I’ll take the 10 minute drive to Clyde and get back home quicker than coming here .

Drive-thru wait times are ridiculous. Sat for 15 minutes in the same spot. At the window I watched them try to count the 18 cents I gave. Took a solid minute to decipher what a dime, nickel and 3 pennies adds up to. If you see more than 3 cars in line, prepare to be waiting awhile. Fries are cold and placed upside down in bag
