Let's start by saying the server was great. We stopped in before church, and it took so long to get our food served that we missed church. My understanding is they had a lot of take out orders. You have to be careful when doing both. If you can't provide an enjoyable experience inside your diner, you're gonna lose those customers. Billy’s restaurant was good, but the servings have gotten smaller with the new owners. Haven’t been in since before Covid and the food was good but definitely smaller portions. The wait staff was busy, but attentive to our needs. The restaurant facilities are upstairs so handicapped accessibility is not good. Steps are steep even for a younger crowd, but that is the results of an older building being utilized for this business. Just be prepared if you use the restroom a lot....
