I specifically asked for the Mayo & pickles to be on the side for my BLT. Instead, I got half a BLT with ONE strip of bacon, loaded with lettuce and tomato, and mayo ON BOTH SIDES. Plus an extra mayo in a cup on the side. I had asked for my sandwich to not have the mayo on it because I got it to go for eating later. By the time I sat down to eat, it was terribly soggy & ruined.

I was at the Fremont location at noon on March 1st for a take out order. The manager helped me, he was extremely helpful and personable. What impressed me was a young man came in to apply for a job. He was told it all had to be done online, but the manager took the time to chat with the young man and ask a few questions. Our time waiting for the to go was minimal and the manager made sure we had everything we needed.

Wait staff didn't get anything to the customer , one couple waited over 45 minutes and there was less than 30 people were in there...... 4 servers ????

My husband and I went here for dinner today, but it never arrived. We waited for 48 minutes after ordering our food. Finally, my husband went up to the manager and told him we want our bill. The manager got that "deer in the headlights" look and said nothing. A woman came over to our table and said there was no charge for my husband's coffee, then she went back to the front. She did NOT even apologize for the wait! What were they doing at the counter? As we left, we saw at least 20 plates of food waiting to be delivered to hungry customers. We have crossed Bob Evans off our list! Drove home and had soup for dinner. This place has really gone down hill.

This is a national chain comfort fast food sit down restaurant. This location close to where I was staying and not wanting to take chance on a local restaurant I knew what to expect here. Had the fried chicken with mash. I can always count on this. Affordable pricing. Service here was OK not that I was expecting much, it was just right.
