We came in for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and every staff member we interacted with made our visit enjoyable. Our waitress was especially attentive and patient, answering all of my questions, even though I was very indecisive. Overall, it was a great experience.

From the time we were seated it took 15 minutes to get drinks. We had already read the menu and new what we wanted. In that time a gentleman had to ask to be seated and within minutes he was being waited on. Saw one waitress just set down and start talking with another gentleman. Servce at Fremont ohios Bob Evans has really went down hill.

Had Ashley as the waitress and it was not a great experience. Had to repeat requests a few times. Drink stayed empty most of the visit as well. Doesn’t matter if it’s unlimited refills if waitress doesn’t come to the table. Then asked for a drink to go and it was a completely different drink than what I had ordered.

A couple of friends from out of town plus my boyfriend and I went out to eat at Bob Evans. Everything went well until we got our food. My order as well as my boyfriend's was not made correctly from the way that we ordered it. My boyfriend ordered a 3 egg omelette with bacon in it. He ended up getting scrambled eggs with bacon on the side, do we also ordered wheat toast and got rye toast instead. So clearly the waitress did not listen the way she was supposed to. So for that I am truly frustrated
