Ordered online with pickup at 7:10PM. Arrived at 7:10 or a bit after. Ended up waiting an additional 15 to 20 minutes past when they advised it would be ready. If you can't have the food ready, then dont tell me to be here to pick it up at 7:10. The guy acted like online ordering wasn't a thing, and wings weren't even dropped in the fryer until after I arrived.

Eric our server was great. Our food came and I was halfway through my salad before I realized there was a random french fry sticking out of it. None of us had ordered french fries btw. When we got up to leave however my daughter saw something on the back of her Dad's shirt and picked it off assuming it was a clump of hair, but it was actually a bug stuck to his shirt. After dropping it on the floor and stepping on it she shined her phone light on the ground and it was still moving and looked like a cockroach. Needless to say we were totally grossed out and couldn't wait to get out of there.

This was the worst experience. The service was awful. We won’t be going back to the Fremont store. The waitress took two tables after us and we had little hungry kids. We waited over an hour and had to ask for the preztel bites we ordered. Paid for just the pretzel bites and left. I think she forgot to put our order in. She just left us sit there and never came back.

Worst experience ever! Waited over an hour for our food and all we ordered was boneless chicken wings, fries, curds and a philly steak and cheese. The curds were cold by the way. Our waitress was good but the service sucked. I should've known better when it took someone over 10 minutes to even acknowledge us when we walked in the door. Terrible. Will not be back.
