Went to BWs for adult sons birthday, waited over 15 minutes to get seated, never happened. Our group and 2 other groups seated ourselves, much to the chagrin of the wait staff. Then 10+ minutes for drink orders, over 45 minute wait for food. Wings came out cold. Bad experience overall. My son reminded me this happened last year as well. Cannot recommend. Maybe next year go to Frickers for wings. The entire joint seemed focused on to go orders not much help for the poor souls who go inside for a family dining experience.

Burger was over seasoned gave us undercooked battered fried pickles and the appetizers came after the burger and it was still cold, we tipped our waiter still and they took half off for the appetizers.

I almost passed this up because of the reviews. But decided to give it a shot. Stopped in for lunch. Is it a 5 star restaurant? No, but its a good BWW. We were seated quick, waitress got to us quickly for drinks. The food was HOT, right out of the fryer. And the service was very good. Happy we stopped in.

Food was supposed to be done at 5:20pm got there at 5:25pm had to wait there for 35 minutes waiting on our food and didn’t receive it until 6:00pm and everything was cold, chicken sandwich was supposed to have no mayo on it and there was. Very disappointed and I love Buffalo Wild Wings.

I never leave reviews, let alone negative reviews but this has constantly bothered me for a year now. When you place a takeout order, it is never ever ready on time. I even purposely will come in 15 min later than my pickup time and it is still never ready and the employees at the desk have no empathy for the wait when giving you your food. I understand it is busy and I’m sure they are getting it out as quickly as possible, but if that’s the case make the wait longer in the app/when you call. We get Bdubs twice or so a month and we love the food, it is always great, but I am typing this at 5:55pm still waiting for my pickup that was scheduled for 5:30 with my car running in the takeout parking spot.

If it could be 0 star it would. Restaurant was NOT busy but the sound was beyond loud requested it to be turned down but it was turned back up, commercials were so loud you couldn’t hear the person next to you. Service was horrible, waitress was hardly around, food was served cold, had to request for drink refills, costs too much to be served bad food.
Fremont your staff was hanging out not doing very much. Won’t be back.

Ordered online with pickup at 7:10PM. Arrived at 7:10 or a bit after. Ended up waiting an additional 15 to 20 minutes past when they advised it would be ready. If you can't have the food ready, then dont tell me to be here to pick it up at 7:10. The guy acted like online ordering wasn't a thing, and wings weren't even dropped in the fryer until after I arrived.

Eric our server was great. Our food came and I was halfway through my salad before I realized there was a random french fry sticking out of it. None of us had ordered french fries btw. When we got up to leave however my daughter saw something on the back of her Dad's shirt and picked it off assuming it was a clump of hair, but it was actually a bug stuck to his shirt. After dropping it on the floor and stepping on it she shined her phone light on the ground and it was still moving and looked like a cockroach. Needless to say we were totally grossed out and couldn't wait to get out of there.
