10:48am M9n, Dec 16 The only thing fresh was the fries, the chicken sandwich had no flavor outside of burnt grease and cheap mayo, and the the cheesie tots have this weird texture as if there was sand in them with every bite unless their made fresh. I wouldn't be so upset if everytime I've gone here since covid the fried food has had this significant decline in quality and freshness

Was just there and wow took 20 mins for my food and there was no one there . I get my food it's cold and the bun is like a rock 😡 paid $17.00 dollars for food we couldn't eat it was that bad .

The chicken nuggets were old, thin, dry, and hard. They tasted like they were there for a while. There should be timers on the product hold time so they no when to cook fresh. Those were either over cooked or past their hold time. The service was quick.

You guys need to be a little bit more quicker on Sundays especially for those who have to go to work. Was at the drive-thru for 15 minutes awaiting to get my order placed, I couldn't get my daily coffee and you guys made me late. Try to be quicker guys
I had to order on a stupid kiosk, put my entire order in for me and my wife, and after going through the payment promp and everything, the kiosk gave an error and said it could not submit my order to the kitchen. Then somebody came to take my order, but after all that for something that didn't even work, I walked out and went to Subway across the street. Frustrating. Won't be going back...
