Shoutout to the staff at Burger King—especially the kind lady at the drive-thru! I made a small mistake with my order, and she was so helpful and understanding when I asked to change it. 10:48am M9n, Dec 16 The only thing fresh was the fries, the chicken sandwich had no flavor outside of burnt grease and cheap mayo, and the the cheesie tots have this weird texture as if there was sand in them with every bite unless their made fresh. I wouldn't be so upset if everytime I've gone here since covid the fried food has had this significant decline in quality and freshness

Was just there and wow took 20 mins for my food and there was no one there . I get my food it's cold and the bun is like a rock 😡 paid $17.00 dollars for food we couldn't eat it was that bad .
The chicken nuggets were old, thin, dry, and hard. They tasted like they were there for a while. There should be timers on the product hold time so they no when to cook fresh. Those were either over cooked or past their hold time. The service was quick.
