Charging 63 cents for a small water only to give me 35 cents back. There are still plenty of Pennie’s out there and if ur not gonna take the cents loss u need to have ur price reflect that rather than steal from ur customers. This is just one example of many issues i have w this bk over the last year. This place has become trash

Shoutout to the staff at Burger King—especially the kind lady at the drive-thru! I made a small mistake with my order, and she was so helpful and understanding when I asked to change it. My son is very picky because he is autistic, and she handled everything with patience and kindness. Thank you for the great service and for making our day a little easier! 💖🍟🍔

placed an online order and wasn't attended to for about 10 mins. then waited abt 25 mins for our food. it was fresh but that was the only good thing abt the experience.
Would not honor my buster card ! Said they already cashed me out ! Apparently, do not know how to adjust an order! Food was awful service was awful would not recommend restaurants dirty!!

10:48am M9n, Dec 16 The only thing fresh was the fries, the chicken sandwich had no flavor outside of burnt grease and cheap mayo, and the the cheesie tots have this weird texture as if there was sand in them with every bite unless their made fresh. I wouldn't be so upset if everytime I've gone here since covid the fried food has had this significant decline in quality and freshness

Was just there and wow took 20 mins for my food and there was no one there . I get my food it's cold and the bun is like a rock 😡 paid $17.00 dollars for food we couldn't eat it was that bad .
