Food was a 10, Berry Agua Fresca gets the one star. I need ya'll to dump that and clean the jug. Tastes like wet rag and that's a food safety violation - improperly cleaned kitchen equipment.

This is the best Chipotle we have been to in years. The food was delicious and the bowls were huge. The ones where we live have started making smaller burritos and bowls. We got 3 bowls and every one of them was excellent. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

As a dasher, I see all kinds. Saturday evening I had a door dash order I picked up at the store. When I tried to deliver, the bag tore as I was getting it out of the car and the entire order splattered on the customer driveway. When I walked into Chipotle with a greasy torn bag in one hand and 2 plates of food in a box I had in my car, I didn't have to say a word. The crew took the mess from my hand and remade it before I could even tell them what happened. And that my friends is top notch customer service. That entire crew needs a raise.

We were waiting in line talking, and as soon as we walked up we were basically pushed aside because the manager thought it was the correct time to reprimand the sweet girl who served us, all because she had said she needed brown rice but not in the “ correct way” I then gave my order, once again the same rude, micromanager had found another flaw in the way she did the sauces, which meant my husband had to wait longer to get his food made. She corrected herself ( which was very stupid in every case) which caused other orders to be delayed.. I mean if we’re going to have reprimands on the line, there is a way to go about it and a way to speak to the said employee.
Not only did that not just make us uncomfortable, but speed of service was lacking, because of what he told her. The young girl was very nice! Very helpful. Nothing we could do but to feel sorry she has to work under such a terrible manager.

This is the worst tasting truly I've ever had. There's one person making the food who doesn't listen to directions. And the person ringing out isn't paying attention. On top of that my food was bland.
