I just stopped in and got a small cone and the one ice cream cone maker was n't working as well as it should and they took it upon themselves to go to the other machine and remake the ice cream because it was a little softer than it should have been, they went over and above to please. Great customer service and they all had a smile on their face

Owners and employees don't have a clue. Service was to be desired. Waiting for food took forever, I thought they ordered my food elsewhere to be delivered to DQ then to me.

It was 8:43 when I pulled up and a girl ran up to the door and locked it and they are suppose to close at 9:00. Kinda crazy this happens often and it wasn’t even busy at all. Very disappointing ruined my whole day.

I used to come here all the time. Ordered a blizzard to go. I was given the order with no lid. I thought I would be able to make it home as I have before but it turned into soup within 5 minutes...literally. I hardly ever get ice cream and was so looking forward to the treat. Huge fail.

Haven't been to a dq in over 5 years...they had the orange julius so good.
Extremely busy. Service not so good. Person at counter hard to understand as we're rest of the employees. Had to repeat order several times. Sort of rude and short with several people including myself.

Our experience was completely awful. The ice cream was completely melted as soon as it was handed to me. The ice cream was also so filled to the top, you couldn't even take the lid off without it going all over. The ice cream we also got were blizzards. What happened to the blizzards being served upside down?

The service was very friendly and the prices were good...you get a large ice cream cone, not a medium, for the price of a large. The pineapple shake was the best we've had, very good. I recommend this location.
