I can't comment on the food or in-service, for I have not eaten a meal from this establishment or any other Denny's in quite a few years (nothing to do with the food or anything, I just never find myself inside the walls of a Denny's that often).
I can say as a delivery person that I have warmed up to the staff and do not experience long wait times as often as I had in the past. And most of the time the wait staff is nice, smiles, and tells me to have a good day. Sometimes I am even asked how my day is going.
I can say, most of the time I arrive at Denny's to pick up an order, there are quite a few patrons sitting, coming in, or leaving.
So, I would say that grabbing a meal at this establishment would be a safe bet.

Waitress was slow, I think she was having a bad day 😔 so we didn't hold that against her. She was nice but she was telling us & other about personal problems which we didn't think was appropriate. She'd go 2 get something 4 us then she'd take 4ever 2 get it 2 us but others she'd get them their stuff faster.

Door dash driver waited 45 minute in the lobby for 4 pancakes, 3 omelets, and one burger. The wait staff was attentive and as helpful as they could be but the kitchen staff took their dear sweet time. The order was picked up 40 minutes late. These are the people that want $15/hr. I hardly think so.

food was very greasy and I was only able to eat a small amount of my breakfast of country fried steak and hash browns, and I asked for extra gravy on it and their wasn't much gravy.
We ordered for delivery from Fremont Ohio location. This was the worst experience of my life. The food was extremely cold. There were almost no food for the $70 we paid. The French toast was hard and soggy. The gravy was cold. The eggs over cooked. The salad was slimey and they had put deep fried chicken in hot into a salad. The cheese was gross after that and lettuce soggy and slimey. I will never in my life....go back there. This was an embarrassment!!!!

Best Dennys I've been to in a while. The interior is so nice and cozy and welcoming. Even has some flowers and string light decor.
The staff were incredibly friendly as well. They let me sit where ever I wanted, and they let me stay in a booth and work on my laptop for a couple hours.
Speaking of that, there are outlets you can use for charging, along with free wifi that runs perfectly.
