food was tasty and hot. mashed potatoes could be a little thicker and the sandwich bread could be a little lighter toasted. But it was worth the money and time so i would definitely go again!!

The employees there literally bully people for talking about their negative experiences there. Literally was talking about how one of your employees came up to me and said I was stupid because the orders for DoorDash were on the table. When I knew my order wasn't up there, I was sitting there waiting patiently, and she just came up and was rude. One of the managers literally mouthed, sorry. And then today my husband talks about our experience, and one of your employees makes it her mission to reply and tell us we are just argumentative people and basically trying to make us look stupid for simply stating our experience there. This isn't the first time this has happened. When it first happened and we posted, another one of your employees argued with us, trying to say it didn't happen. I have the messages I sent to corporate, plus the comments where she says it wasn't her, but she knows who it was, therefore admitting it did happen.

Oh my gosh you guys have to go. The food is the best. It’s so clean and the service is amazingggg
I'm highly allergic to pumpkin and all squash. I saw they had Pumpkin Pecan Pancakes as their Fall special, so I kindly asked the staff to make sure there was no cross contact with the food I ordered. I was told that no one had ordered the pumpkin pancakes so I would be fine. After I told them that didn't matter, they still had it in their kitchen, they continued arguing with me. I told them it was fine and took the risk. I ate my food, went home, and ended up having an allergic reaction 15 minutes later.

Food was not that good and it took almost 45 minutes to get our food we found hair in our food did not do as asked this place sucks and it took 5 minutes to get our check this place sucks

Leave to find our cookies n scream shake missing. Went back and waited about 5-7 minutes for that.
After we got home 17 minutes away, I discovered that I’m missing part of the main meal…the pancakes.
It’s like a curse, every time I add a tip nearly anywhere for pickup, it’s missing an item or two. When I do not add a tip for a pickup order, everything is always included.
The food tastes good, the service is the reason for the 1 star. Things cost a lot more these days and to be missing two items (went back for the one since I was still on the road) for an order for two people is unacceptable.
