This place never gets your drinks right!! Nobody waiting so there was no rush . This isn’t the first time and brushed it off a few times but it just never ends, you ask for light ice you get a whole cup full of ice to the point you can’t even get the straw in, you ask for the refresher with lemonade and you get it with green tea 😔 !!! Your manager Nique is a disgrace to Dunkin Donuts. She was short,rude and very dirty. We received the wrong food which she made my problem. Our coffee lids were a mess so ask for new and that was a problem. Her hospitality skills are awful.

It’s so sad that customer service for Dunkin’ Donuts in Fremont Ohio is not a priority they are just very rude and disrespectful and dirty aprons are all dirty for 3 days now doors are dirty bathroom isn’t clean and they don’t even wear the proper shoes u got people with regular shoes or crocs very very unprofessional and I will be showing pictures and the manager is very ugly and rude to a lot of employees and customers this whole store needs re done new management and new employees bring back the only one who dressed up on Halloween she was so sweet and kind and fast her customer service was great ! They take the good people out and leave all the ratchet people

I was very disappointed when I walked in this morning. No one in the lobby at all and 1 car at the window. 3 ladies, all looking busy, but not even a "Good morning. We will be right with you." No greeting. Like I didn't even matter. I waited a good 7 minutes then a young lady said "Ok what do you need?" Is that a way to greet a customer? I feel customer service is no longer a priority and it is just sad.

Morning shift lacking especially with mobile orders I know the mornings at any coffee shop are busy and hectic but when you forget a customers order and have them waiting 15 min for a coffee that was misplaced is frustrating especially when I have class in the morning to get too

Love going there. They are EXTREMELY busy in the mornings, so I understand why the staff can get a little snippy. But altogether, it's great. Food and drinks! I always tip them because I have literally watched them, while I waited for my order, bust there, butt's making over a dozen drinks at once at times.
