I stopped in here to find out it was National Donut Day. With the purchase of any beverage, you got 1 free donut of your choice.
I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew and picked the S'More's donut. The staff were very helpful and did a great job.

I received an incorrect order and requested a refund, after not receiving a response I followed up. I then received a call from the general manager in Fremont and was berated for asking for a refund. I’ve never been spoken to so poorly from someone in charge.

They have excellent staff with great energy and my large macchiato tastes so good.
I have no idea what they're doing here, but for the past few times I've been to this dunkin their coffee and food has literally made me sick. Stomach pains, wanting to throw up, overall nausea, all of the other times I've been to dunkin it hasn't happened, so I have no idea why this location specifically is so sick-inducing. Like mild symptoms of food poisoning. The staff aren't any better either. Every time we've walked in, they're all messing around and when you want to.. ya know... order something, like anyone else, they get annoyed like you're bothering them and just have a bad attitude the whole time. One of the times we've went in, there were 3 workers literally jumping around and laughing loudly, and when they saw us, they glared at us the whole time like we interrupted their moment. Same thing, but the other time they were talking about gossip or something and again got mad that we wanted to just get coffee. They do the same thing over the drive thru too. From the bathroom door, we could literally see toilet paper trailing out of it in some sort of cartoonish way, and one of the workers just walked right by it when walking out of the bathroom. I love dunkin. I love the drinks. I love the food. But man...... what the hell ☹

The last handful of times I have come to this Dunkin I get nothing but attitude just for ordering my items. Like I'm sorry for making you do your job you get paid to do? Then I order a bagel, they make it wrong and I get no apology just a huge eye roll. Like what?? It makes me not ever want to go there and I love Dunkin 😩

Not every car should have to wait at the intercom for 5-10 mins before anyone says anything about taking your order. Not everyone has time to sit here and wait

This place never gets your drinks right!! Nobody waiting so there was no rush . This isn’t the first time and brushed it off a few times but it just never ends, you ask for light ice you get a whole cup full of ice to the point you can’t even get the straw in, you ask for the refresher with lemonade and you get it with green tea 😔 !!! And the wait is always long whether there is one car or no cars. Rather drive to Clyde
I go to this Dunkins' alot. I already know with it being a new place that they are going to have set backs. I think the reason why I'm sympathetic to how they operate is because I've worked at a Dunkins before in California, and while Fremont is a far cry from how busy it can get over there they are doing a good job. Especially at dealing with mess ups, everyone is human and I'm not going to get upset over someone making a small mistake in my meal, however each and every time they are extremely polite. And if you go during the night time you will most likely get something extra for your troubles of having to return. If I am being honest however, the breakfast manager or coordinator does need to be re examined. I noticed a contrast difference between how smoothly night shift works, and the workings of morning shift. Not to mention the workers look more stressed in the morning than they do at night, especially with yelling going on in the background directed at them when thier trying to take care of orders.
