I stopped in here to find out it was National Donut Day. With the purchase of any beverage, you got 1 free donut of your choice.

I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew and picked the S'More's donut. The staff were very helpful and did a great job.

I go to this Dunkins' alot. I already know with it being a new place that they are going to have set backs. I think the reason why I'm sympathetic to how they operate is because I've worked at a Dunkins before in California, and while Fremont is a far cry from how busy it can get over there they are doing a good job. Especially at dealing with mess ups, everyone is human and I'm not going to get upset over someone making a small mistake in my meal, however...

Love going there. They are EXTREMELY busy in the mornings, so I understand why the staff can get a little snippy. But altogether, it's great. Food and drinks!
I always tip them because I have literally watched them, while I waited for my order, bust there, butt's making over a dozen drinks at once at times.
