This place needs to hire some staff that know whats going on. Was gonna order three doubler jr combos. My son went in to place order. The girl working told him that $6.00 price was just the sandwhich. He came out and told me I sent him back in with my phone and picture of special. She now says that special ended and is no longer available and that they forgot to update the website. So we LEAVE i decide to call them. The person says let me ask the manager. Manager now tells her this is the price and special is valid. We already left and took our money to chipolte. This is ridiculous that we got told three times wrong information. How many people get treated this way and turned away. Try to support local and this happens.

Everything but the Sprite was dry. All of the food was uncovered in the case. Now the prefilled cannoli’s were ok. The cookie was dried, except for the cold filling. Lamb was old, dried, cold and burnt. The commish meat was drier than my brother in law’s sense of humor. The food was brought out with no ketchup, we had to go up and get it. Bad experience for no good reason.

I'm sure the pictures are self-explanatory. I ordered The Doubler with fries.The patties were so small, they only covered half tge bun. It was overcooked and burnt, and even the fries were mushy and cold. The onions were supposed to be carmelized, well charred is more like it. The floors are all slippery and dirty, it's disgusting. Try a little bleach in your bucket before someone gets hurt. Extremely disappointed, I've heard nothing but good things. You definitely need to do better. This is the reason why businesses don't make it.

Never been so disappointed in a simple meatball sub before. It was like a 4 inch sub at tops. Barely any cheese and barely any sauce for $7. Now let me get to the flavorless chicken Caesar pasta salad that didn't come with the extra dressing that I requested. Do better. Maybe I should've stuck to the Kern business boycott. smh
