Didn't accept any requests for buffet, food was cold up there and looked like it was sitting for a while. They said it was because they are doing the raceway pizza, but still paid a good amount for not so great food. Waitress was also kind of rude in my opinion.

I placed a online order drove there to get it at the carryout window and there was 2 cars in front of me the first car pulled off within a few minutes the second car pulled up and I waited for 15 minutes and the car in front of me beeped their horn and nobody came for like 5 minutes then 20 minutes went by. They finally pulled away I get to the window and asked what did they do order their food at the window he said yeah I said how come you didn't tell them to drive back around because now my food is getting cold but he didn't care he got an attitude. He said they were really busy but nobody wasn't even there. I tried to say something else he closed the window on me and waved goodbye. I get home looked at me receipt and they charged me tax for $1.20 for take out only food then they charged $0.81 for technology fee what is that? They never charged that before.

They have a nice variety of foods, such as lasagna, mac and cheese, stuffed ravioli, hot subs slices, Best all you can eat I've been too so far.

pizza was cold and only a few on buffet. Wings cold and soaked in sauce so not crispy. No dessert pizza and no bacon bits on salad bar. Definitely not worth the cost of a buffet. The new remodel ??? It looks awful. Carpet dirty and gross , tables greasy fingerprints on them. Plastic covering the vent system - looks awful. Will not go back

We ordered a blt foldover and it was doughy as all hell. The quality of their food has definitely gone downhill

Called to order a pizza at the Fremont Ohio location worker said he just clocked in and didn't know what toppings he had I asked him to check he refused talked to manager he said sorry I don't know what to do I've ordered from them for years and they will never get my business again

I love fortball pizza been coming here for quite sometime however I must say tonight's delivery was a little off, I don't want to complain or belittle someone but maybe just take a pride in yourself and your work. Remember you are doing an awesome job and let that mean something cause you are doing the best you can!!! This isn't ment to be negative but just remember it's all ok at the end of the day and if you know you put the best effort you could in! If you are having an off day please try and keep your head up and keep keeping on

Pizza and everything isn't the Greatest for the price of the buffet
I feel like the management needs to know this experience. This was Saturday at 2:45pm. There was only one table of 2 people in the dining area and when we walked in, we peeked at the Buffett. The hostess let us know that the Buffett was closed from 2-4pm. That would be just fine if there wasnât an entire bar of food just sitting there. So I asked the waitress if the food that was at the buffet was then going to be used when the buffett opened again at 4:00? Thatâs all I needed to never consider going again. Management definitely needs to know that a party of 8 would have maybe helped that afternoon lull, but it almost felt like the staff didnât want to serve us.
