This experience could have been better. My wife liked her breakfast sandwich with potatoes. However my pancakes were tasteless and the sausage patties were overcooked. We had to actually go find a waitress to bring more coffee. They didn't seem to offer the options that other restaurants do with coffee . And in a town that is famous for Heinz, they serve Brickman's ketchup. Paying more attention to customers would help. The manager said they were short people todayn but i saw they were on the phone and talking rather than watching. Tips are for good service. I would suggest the owner pay more attention to what he/she's doing with these people to make this a better restaurant.

I have been eating at Bob's Big boy since the '70s I haven't eaten it in about 10 years and unfortunately I will never go back again I went to the one in Fremont it was absolutely disgusting there was hardly any food and I was charged $18 for a smashburger the most disgusting onion rings I ever had with barely any onion in the ring and the tiniest cup of chili I could have ate two meals and I was charged $19 I'm very disappointed I will never eat there again and I will never give a good review to any of my friends and I definitely will be posting it on my social media I don't want anybody to ever have to lose that much money for such little garbage food I'm so dis ever leave a bad review unless it was bad and this was absolutely horrific.

I went inside to place my order. I ordered the double burger and fries. They weren't busy at all, so it was ready within 10 minutes. Waitress handed me my bag and I went to my car without looking INTO the bag. Well, no FRIES! So I went back in, told her about the missing fries, and the cook said he didn't know there were fries with my order! He dropped them in to cook, and I went back out to eat my burger before it got cold. Unwrapped it and it looked like someone smashed it with their fist, the sauce and shredded lettuce was sliding off of the bun. The top bun was torn nearly in half! The fries were good and hot, and that's about the only nice thing I can say about my order. The waitress was very friendly, so none of it was her fault.
Just about everytime I come here I usually get the same thing, a Super Big Boy. Hard to beat. Not saying that they don't have other good food. The times I've been here it's always been neat and clean and the service has been top notch. For a fast food restaurant the food has always been consistently hot, fresh and well prepared. What more could you ask for. 😃

My friend and I was in there Restaurant to day for lunch. We ordered our food. My friend received all her food. I did not get my side or did we get any silverware or napkins. When I asked the server who was a black lady she gave me a dirty look and walked off, she finally brings my side but no silverware so I was unable to eaty side so then I asked for a container. Worst service I have ever had there. She did not get a tip!!!! She needs to b fired if she cannot do her job. Unsatisfied customer!!!!
