A couple weeks ago we stopped at the McDonalds in Clyde. I got a quarter pounder, I had a taste for one, and it had been a couple of years. The burger was so burnt, it was falling to pieces out of the bun. I called and asked for a replacement on another visit. Today was that day. Not only was my burger incinerated AGAIN, my husband's 2 Big Macs were also burnt. When I called and said I just wanted my money back, I was told I had to go in tomorrow as the General Manager would be there. So, I have no dinner, or a burnt dinner, haven't decided if I am going to attempt to eat it yet. That McDonald's and about 12 others in NW Ohio are owned by the same company.
Dietary restrictions: I have reactive hypoglycemia. I can't just not eat, as it would make me very ill. So, I am going to eat this burnt burger. AND, NEVER eating at any of these McDonalds again.
