Pretentious for no reason (look at the signs on the wall). But when ordering, I was told “no” multiple times - “we don’t swap meats” - “just no”. Another worked needed to step in and use more words than “just no” to progress the order.
So instead of changing one thing on one sandwich, I needed to order a different sandwich with 4 changes…. Just to get the sandwich I wanted at first!
There are so many rules on how to order, “only French bread can be toasted”… Lord, it’s Biblical with “thous shall not” more than anything. Just go a few doors down to Jersey Mikes and be happy with your food!

The gentlemen with the long hair with pieces pulled to the front, definitely needs a hair net. Totally disgusting. This location is anything but freaky fast, and always out of something, takes forever to get an order from here.

Didn't get anything about my sandwich right. Asked for the bread scooped out of the center, she even asked twice to be sure it was right, it was not done. She asked for hot peppers, there was not a single pepper on the sandwich. Please explain why after she stated the order, and asked you a second time if you had it correct, you still didn't do either request.

There are four of them in there just standing there talking staring at my half made sandwich. I had to speak up to get them to stop talking and finish the sandwich. I could not hear what's the lady was complaining about. But she couldn't move her hands and complain at the same time. Then I pulled the car away and the sandwich was made wrong.

Terrible experience. Rude, sandwich made wrong, overcharged, bread days old. Complained to all parties manager regional corporate etc. no one cares to make it right. This was by far the worst one I have been to. Seems like this is the norm there as others have had the same experience!
