Was really looking forward to trying their new BBQ Ranch Chicken Sandwich, ordered it online for delivery via their app. Was called and said they didn't have a driver and that I could come pick up my food. Was still charged the delivery fee. Not only that but there wasn't BBQ Ranch or Cheese on my sandwich.

There was a bus at restaurant. I drove up to the drive up menu behind another customer. Driver ahead of me waited over ten minutes before moving up to window. After a minute the driver drove off without food. I finally got to the speaker and was told to wait. The speaker said I was to wait 10 minutes. I asked to take my order, they wouldn't. In fact they told me to drive away. Don't go there if a bus is anywhere nearby.
I would recommend letting your customers know that it will take 2 hours for their food to be delivered. No biggie

I don’t understand at lunchtime and at dinner time they don’t have their food prepped along with kickin ranch ready for peoples sandwiches. Makes it frustrating
