I’m confused on how and why this place is still in business. I don’t understand why it’s an issue EVERY single time I come to his specific location. The service here is very horrible and even when it’s not busy the lobby is nasty. At this point just SHUT THEN PLACE DOWN!

I ordered a 12 pcs. original recipe meal with 3 large sides and unfortunately it was the worst chicken I've ever had from a KFC. 7 PCs of chicken went in the trash untouched and most of what we put on our plates didn't get finished. While I know original recipe isn't really crispy, this chicken was almost slimy, so greasy, and didn't quite taste how all the KFC chicken I've had in the past tasted. I can't really articulate how it just tasted off, and had an almost rubbery texture to the meat. This could just be a crappy batch of chicken as I've gotten raw chicken from Kroger and Walmart that is rubbery after cooking on occasion as well. The mashed potatoes had a weird color and the texture was that of too much instant potatoes in the water, the biscuits were so crumbling, yet somehow still doughie, the gravy also was like too much gravy mix for the water used as it was almost jelly like, the coleslaw was the coleslaw, and the wedges were good, but the rest left everything to be desired. The young girl at the window was very nice, and the service was fast, but that means less when the food was not for the most part.

Went through the drive thru none of them could get any of the food correct… Then the worker was pissy saying she can’t find it on the screen…. took 3 workers to get are food ordered. They had us pull up after giving us are drinks only gave us 2 straws and 3 drinks. told us to pull up to the door and we waiting now are food cold never and would not recommend eating there again

Worst KFC ever. I ordered takeout at 12:30 pm. Looked like and tasted from the previous evening. Burnt, dry and greasy with no flavor but that didn't surprise me. If you had less than one star it wouldn't deserve that. Disgusting.

The lady was so rude, not only that but both the sandwich and fries were way too salty(and i like salt) but it was too much. It’s been over an hour since i ate it and my stomach still hurts:(
I ordered a two piece chicken meal and asked for Xtra crispy. I was told we don't have any somebody just bought it all. You'll have to wait if you want it. Not sorry we are out of you would like to wait we could make you some. So I said regular is fine. When I got my food home I could not believe it the skin on the breast was nasty looking and the wing I couldn't even tell what it was. It was nasty. The only good chicken you get there anymore is the Xtra crispy it seems a little bit fresher. The place is really getting bad and I don't think they care.. Everyone seems so miserable like they are over worked and hate their jobs.

Stopped to get lunch for my family. They hD a 20 min. wait on chicken not a problem. So I said I will come inside to pick it up. No problem lady at window really nice. Went got gas came back. Went inside the Manger was being very rude to customers slamming door,food,talking very nasty to staff. And those two was so professional saying they was sorry they ran out of chicken. But that manager was horrible to those two workers. Treat your staff with respect especially in front of customers.

The atmosphere was good... it was the ladies' restroom that needed a lot of attention! It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time! The sink was a horrible mess! It was disgusting!! I had to use toilet paper to turn on the water because the handle was so gross!! And the sink itself wasn't much cleaner! The floor was dirty, the walls had seen better days, and i used my sleeve to open the door handle to leave! I told the lady working the register, and she said she would tell the manager.
