Stopped to get lunch for my family. They hD a 20 min. wait on chicken not a problem. So I said I will come inside to pick it up. No problem lady at window really nice. Went got gas came back. Went inside the Manger was being very rude to customers slamming door,food,talking very nasty to staff. And those two was so professional saying they was sorry they ran out of chicken. But that manager was horrible to those two workers. Treat your staff with respect especially in front of customers.

The atmosphere was good... it was the ladies' restroom that needed a lot of attention! It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time! The sink was a horrible mess! It was disgusting!! I had to use toilet paper to turn on the water because the handle was so gross!! And the sink itself wasn't much cleaner! The floor was dirty, the walls had seen better days, and i used my sleeve to open the door handle to leave! I told the lady working the register, and she said she would tell the manager.

An employee called me out of my gender immediately upon arrival! I was devastated. They didn't even offer an apology until they were done playing around with other orders and finally HAD to approach me at the counter! Completely unacceptable behavior. When I expressed my anger and deviation with a fulgar word they kicked ME out and now have even went to the extreme affecting my JOB!!!!! So they are saying it's MY fault I wasn't born a male, I am a female instead. Absolutely horrified!!!!!

Horrible service. Bad attitudes, made a mobile order went to drive through to get my order because there’s rarely anyone at the counter to give me my order. I was told at the drive through that I had to go inside so go inside, yet again there was nobody up front to help me and the dining room was empty. KFC service at this location has gone way down over the years.

OMGOSH we just got home with our order from Kentucky Fried Chicken in Fremont, Ohio, which was 8 piece chicken tenders meal, and let me tell you! Our claw slaw container bowl was HALF FULL, our grave container bowl was LESS THEN HALF FULL, our smashed potatoes container bowl was also HALF FULL. The 4 biscuits that we got, one of them was NOT EVEN HAVE THE DIAMETER!! We didn't eat it, we threw it out bcuz it actually looked like someone snipped some of it off. For the price you pay, $30.99 this is insane!! I called them and they said they don't fill them up anymore! PEOPLE START GOING TO LEE'S FAMOUS RECIPE. THEIR FOOD TASTE BETTER ANYWAY. The reason we stopped at KFC was bcuz Lee's had a very long line all the way to the road and didn't want to wait that long. Lesson learned!! Never again! This was Sept. 18, 2024 approx 6:30 pm.

I've went here twice traveling through town. In the last 2 weeks On my way to appointments. BOTH TIMES, no silverware. I even called and spoke with the manager the first time. This time I will publicaly state this store serves small portion strips and no silverware. I don't recommend this store. They messed up too many times in just plain don't care about their customers!
