I ordered strips but got regular chicken. It wasn't good and no one ate it. I didn't bring it back because I don't like to do that. The person that waited on me at the drive thru was very friendly and so was the man that brought it out to me. When I got home it was the wrong kind of chicken and didn't look good at all. We tried to eat some but it was so greasy we couldn't eat it.

Went here on Wednesday for lunch with my wife. Chicken was overcooked, greasy and bland. Would have went back up but there is a sign that says no refunds. Will never go back. I know that this will not be answered. Only reason I am putting this up to make others more aware.

NO REFUNDS? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Maybe I'm out of line but the whole point of coming back to the counter is the food was terrible and you want to replace my meal? With more nasty food that you have either cooked in old oil or over held till it wasn't edible . Bad business practice. I would of taken my money back and returned in a month or so but with no refunds I won't be back .

The person with the septum piercing on nights makes it all worth it, very sweet, amazing service, amazing at their job! food was fresh and good as always :)

You can not substitute Mac and cheese instead of corn in the famous bowl??? I've never in my life heard of that. It's definitely not what corporate says. Smh I expected to be charged for the Mac and cheese but nope I was told they can't do that. The sides cost exactly the same. Ridiculous. Fremont restaurants are trash.
12/4/23 Fremont, Ohio: Went inside to order some food at 5:15. Three employees sitting in dining room on break. One lady behind counter seen me and walked to the other side. No acknowledgement. Two others were working the drive thru busy. I waited about 8 minutes and then left. Guess they do not want my business.

I picked up an 8 piece meal last night. The chicken was burned making the crust hard and the chicken was dry and cold. Now, I live a distance a way and she wants me to drive back to replace it. Where is that right? They should be made to deliver the replacement at their expense instead of me having to absorb more expense for their incompetence.They have lost my business, and by looking at their rating here, I'm betting they have lost a lot of business.
