I ordered a Pecan pie and got home and found i had a Potpie instead. I went directly back and when I told the manager the girl taking the order would not admit that she was wrong I yelled and was mad but they did make it right and gave my money back

Chicken and sides tasted great. Chicken has a great tasting crispy batter. I ordered three pieces, and my breast peice was overcooked, but the batter made it worth eating. This chicken is better than KFC! Waiting was a little more than normal for chicken that was already done. Sorry about no pics. Bisquit, mashed tators w/gravy and coleslaw were great!

We stopped in to get lees at the Fremont location as it is mine and a buddy’s favorite place to eat and let me say the food was nasty and whack not worth it

Said dining room open till 7pm. Arrived at 635. Gave us meals to go, was told dining area was closed, informed them there sign said 7pm , i was then told they shut it down at 645. Well then, change the hours on your sign to relay that. Had to eat in the car
After placing our order my wife and I got the wrong potatoes I told the guy. It seemed like he didn’t believe me and went in back and talked to a woman. To remedy this we had to give back our plates of food he took them behind the wall and brought them back to the counter and went back. He or she never apologized or said a word. It seemed we were a inconvenience.

Got a $42.00 meal today. Got home the chicken dropped through the bottom of the box from how oily the chicken was and the chicken looked and tasted like it was cooked to long. Called and was told they had been busy all day the chicken be fine and all they could do is I bring it back and they replace the chicken. That would be fine if I didn't live over 15 miles away. So I don't think I'll get chicken from them anymore.
