These people wouldn't know how to cook a pizza if their lives depended on it!! 99% of the time the pizza is WHITE AFTER it's been in the oven!! They have no clue on how to properly make dough evidently. It's doughy more so than not even if you ask for it well done! Corporate needs to come in this place and either clean house all together or do some SERIOUS training with the ENTIRE STAFF!! Clyde, Ohio Marco's
Lets start from walking in. The music while good taste was so loud that I had to yell so that the lady at the cash register could hear meI Then after i ordered 2 salads and a sub. I watched another women make my food without gloves touching every single thing while there was a box of gloves right next to her. Along with that she never once washed her hands before ha fling my food or after handling the sub which had meat in it and a salad which is cross contamination. What if that was mesnt for someone allergic to meat? Along with that there were 2 other women that left short after i arived who seemed like higher ups and witnessed these employees exercise unsafe food practices without giving any remarks but a bye when they left.
This has to be the most pathetic excuse of profesionalism and proper food handling. I will never be going here again and highly recommend others to avoid this place for the sake of their own health.
My worse visit ever ! I was given a 25 min. Wait time to pick up my order. It turned into 45mins before I recieved my order. I asked for no pizza sauce and to replace it with white sauce. It came with no sauce at all. I asked for feta topping cheese which I got but they didn't put the mozzarella cheese base on. I also asked for extra cheese on my cheesy bread and didn't get that either! They had like 7 cheese breads made ahead and had them stacked on the shelf where they put completed orders at and grabbed one and gave it to me. Hence those had been sitting there the entire time I sat there and waited on my food. The manger told me he has no control over the apps quoted time and I just had to deal with it because he claimed he was doing the best he could. When I got home and noticed my food wasn't made right I called the store to talk to the manager and he just hung up on me. I then called the next day hoping to talk to someone else, but he answered and claimed he couldn't replace my pizza without having the other one, which I told him got thrown away while I was mad. Now if he would've have hung up the night before I would have returned the pizza and bread but he hung up on me! Now I'm told I can't get anything replaced because I don't have the pizza. This guy doesn't deserve to have a manger position. He also tried to make excuses for everything like, OH we were extremely busy last night , well ok , but fix your mistake. Very very disgusted by this manager. I don't have alot of money and the $20 I spent on food not to eat it is just gone....
I decided to try ordering from here for the first time in months, and once again I absolutely regretted it. It's a shame that this used to be the best pizza chain in town, and now it's obvious they are just going thru the motions with zero concern or regard for the quality of what they are putting out, or customer satisfaction. I am never ordering from the Fremont, OH Marcos ever again. Never!
I ordered a pepperoni melt got it home to find out it wasn't a pepperoni melt called back they gave me a credit so I called a few days later to use my credit this time it was the right pizza got home started to eat and there was hair in between the crust and toppings I started inspecting the pizza there was more hair baked in the crust I took the whole pizza back including the half eaten piece the person that waited one me the first time was the one that took the pizza back was very rude and quite frankly cocky I normally love marcos but never again

Pizza and garlic bread took over 60 minutes. When it showed up it was warm and had signs of sitting out. Individual on phone had snotty attitude with when I called. Never ordering there again or at least till those people don’t work there

Absolutely disgusted. First slice I pulled out and there was a hair. ?? The quality was also not good. I guess I had to order double cheese to get normal cheese. The Fremont Marcos has really gone down the tube since former manager Michelle left. I would have rather drove 30 mins to Fostoria where she works now. I wish I could get my money back!!
so disappointed in my pizza. it's more like grease soup. Should have read the reviews before I decided to spend my money. never again. NEVER
Restaurantji Recommends
For some reason they close at 11 but stop taking orders at 10:30. We called a head and they didn’t tell us that. When we showed up the staff was rude they need to learn how to tell time. I would fire everyone one of the employees on that shift for the money they are losing the business for not sticking to there advertised closing times. Save yourself the headache and go across the street to domino’s.

Went in at 10:47pm on a Thursday, to be told I couldn’t make an order because it was too late. And I honestly wouldn’t had cared about that but the guy was a bit rude about it. I’ve been ordering here for a while never had this experience and I’ve ordered around this time before. Either way I won’t be eating there anymore.
Sat on hold for over 15 min while driving to the Marco's on a Tuesday night.
I was put on a constant hold and wasn't able to order until I got there then Sat in my car for another 15 min waiting for my cheesy bread. The customer service was terrible.
No hello, smile or anything. Won't be coming back to this Marco's.

I hope you don’t plan to have your order on time, because it definitely will be delivered way after the satiated window of time. Kind of ridiculous.
