Absolutely awful I asked for a fresh fry instead they thru my old fries back on the fryer or something then gave me crunchy nasty double fried fries like seriously instead of throwing more fresh fries in gonna give me My money back I didn't want my money I wanted the fried my gosh need new manager or something never coming back to this McDonald' , then he told me I was actually trespassed like why cause I asked for a fresh fry and all this came from the tattooed face man he was very rude to me.
Literally so slow. No one seems to be in any kind of rush. I waited 30 min for ice cream.

My rating is 1 star because I there was nothing good about this visit. We had to pull up because they said the burgers would be fresh Hahaha really the meat was burnt. French fries were cold and hard. The cashier gentleman tossed my change at the driver instead of handing the money to her. I always think that next time will be better Well I will tell you I'll never know how any McDonald's food is because I won't order food from McDonald's again I probably will go back to get a drink and I'll have to be really thirsty. Plus when you order thur drive thru workers always interrupt the customers as they are doing their orders.
After taking my order online they refused to fulfill the order due to changing the menu as we pulled up to the speaker. They also are unsure when a refund can take place taking almost $50 for my family to be able to have breakfast.

I normally don’t make posts like this, but what happened today was so wild, disrespectful, and flat-out racist that I refuse to stay quiet. 🗣️❗️Today on my way to the McDonald’s down the street from my house, a man in a black truck sped up behind me while I was backing out of my own driveway. He rode my bumper all the way to McDonald’s — I’m talking inches away from hitting me. 🚗.When we got to McDonald’s, he sped around me, parked, jumped out of his truck, and immediately started yelling racial shit at me..... Then he tells me he’s the manager of that McDonald’s and that I’m “banned” from the store. Banned… for nothing that happened on McDonald’s property. Literally just because he was mad that I was Black and backed out of my driveway. 🤦🏿♂️When I tried to go inside to get food for my kids, he physically stopped me, told me again that I was banned, and threatened to call the police. He never did — I ended up calling the police because he refused to let me order food and kept yelling. 🚔, Even in front of the officer, he stood on his lie and still wouldn’t let me purchase anything. I have never felt so singled out, profiled, or disrespected over NOTHING. I did nothing to this man. I wasn’t rude. I didn’t cut him off. I didn’t interact with or know him at all until he approached me yelling. I was just trying to grab food for my kids. 🍟🍔💔....I don’t know if he was late to work, having a bad day, or just racist, but his behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. No one should be treated like that — especially not by someone representing a business in our own neighborhood. I am filing a formal complaint with corporate and I WILL be following through. 📝 To anyone going to that McDonald’s: be careful. This is how their “manager” (Mitch or Minch) treats people.

Ordered the 10 piece nugget meal. Pop was perfect. Fries old and that picture supposed to be a medium. My 10 piece well turned out to be a 6 piece. Food was not hot and didnt even get the right amount.

If I could leave 0 stars I would awful service went to drive thru had. Ordered on mobile app sat for 5 minutes pulled around went in store and no one came to counter to even address us . Totally ridiculous worst service ever ! Second time this happened

It's absurd ya'll only do one order at a time. From ordering to receiving the food. One car at a time. I've been waiting 20 minutes, as I write this review. Ya'll can't multi task?? It's breakfast, a Thursday morning. This company is losing LOTS of money by shitty service. I've watched 5+cars pull off. Gotta do better.

When I do go, it's usually fast service. Sometimes waits, but lately, when trying to use rewards on mobile app, I am unable to. Either it says the store is closed, which it is, in fact, open 24/7, or it says I can't use certain reqards because of the time of day. Also shows breakfast items as if it's breakfast time after 9pm.

Waited for over 15 minutes this morning to get through drive through to order.. only one lane open and person taking orders kept making people wait to take orders.. slowest service I have ever seen.
