Worst drive thru experience EVER!! Sunday March 23 4:00 p.m. two drive thru lanes opened I picked the inside one with one person in front of me. After counting 10 cards go through on the outside lane we called inside on the phone asked for a manager got hung up on. Called again. By now 16 cars got waited on in the outside lane and no one was answering the inside lane. Finally after over 40 minutes waiting with ONE car in front of us they started taking orders from the inside lane. never again will I visit this location. Thank goodness Burger King is next door

I had to send my food back twice and after the second time I asked for a refund. My kid ate his food and played but I didn't eat anything! I wish I would have took a picture of my food both times but I didn't because it was a waste of time. We even asked why would you send out food looking like that after it was sent back the first time!

Went in to get food and pick up a DoorDash and what appeared to be the manager was telling my I wasn’t allowed to get food and pick up an order and another time the same day my fiancé went in to dash and the same guy would not let her pick the order up for whatever reason and then we both got banned from there he was very unprofessional and rude

March 1st ..I love mcdonald's and refuse to go to the north side one due to horrible service..south west is great but usually super busy...this was a late visit around midnight on a sat...two cars in drive threw in front of me....I'm guessing they only had two or three people working..i only seen two and I was in line for over a half hour at least....I'm not saying it was the people's fault...I'm sure they were doing there best they could... but I feel if your short on help and you cant handle two cars ...just close early for the night and clean the restaurant and prep for the next day...

Didnt let me know out of Out of Carmel frap automatically gave me mocha can't have chocolate didn't even offer refund cold nuggets mcdouble was ok made right ( no pickles)
Overall the interior is kinda just lackluster everything there is just modernized and it looks soulless and there about the same with Burger King over here closing everything early like it’s still ten why do you need to close breakfast ridiculously fast just do better

This place for real sucks. Me and my girlfriend went and we waited 10 minutes in the drive thru when they weren’t busy. We finally got our stuff and she said we didn’t get a sprite (not being rude at all, I know fast food sucks dick to work but cmon) she flat out said “that wasn’t on there but ok.” ????? I wanted to shove my receipt in her face but whatever maybe she didn’t see it. When we got our food my girlfriend’s cheeseburgers were like hockey pucks, and the fries were hard as hell. Overall bad attitude and food :(
