They should let people know if they're going to only cater to the drive thru. Went inside to order since both lanes were jammed packed. People inside waiting over 20 min for their food. No employees checking the register for people. I waited 20 min for 2 burgers, fries and a happy meal. Bring back the employees to serve the people that come in to get food.

So this is strictly Fremont,Ohio on route 53...It was close to closing, (I don't think that should affect the quality) but it took around 15 minutes to order then an additional 15 minutes after we ordered to receive our food...and it was horrible. We were starving and didn't even eat 20% of our order. Very disappointed and won't be returning to that location.

Got a McChicken with a medium fry and medium coke cola. I was very pleased to put in my order and it brought back out to my table. Very well pleased with the service. Cold A.C for a hot day like today. Overall my experience was like my first McChicken. Very fresh. Very pleased. 10/10. Best French fries hands down. Get your McDonald’s here and dine in!

We stopped at 7:05 am and they just cut doors were still locked even though it said they were open. The person at the register looked right at us and they did not intend to open the door.
They just redid the inside. I walked in and the smell hits you in the face. It’s smells so disgusting. Makes you sick. This is the second time Ive came in thinking it would get better nope just as bad.

Brought my grandson to the 53 North location in Fremont and had to wait 20 minutes to get just a Happy Meal and an Iced Coffee. when finally got the food, were literally 15 fries in the container. I understand it's a kids meal, but really? When I asked the lady behind the counter about it, she said that this was the norm for kids meals. Will not be coming back here.

Went through the Drive-thru on April 16 around 7:30 the second window there was a teenager he was rude and was rushing to get me out the drive thru i believe his name is Tyson and he was on his phone snapping pictures and don’t know if i was in the background of it and then proceeded to give dirty looks….
