Was told to wait to order. Waited for over ten minutes with no customers in front of me. I believe they were waiting for me to drive off s9 they can close up. If they wanted to close up early they could have let me know instead of wasting. y time.

Waited over 25 minutes for chicken strips and fries. No AC in the restaurant, half the lobby closed, lots of people waiting a long time for food. It would have been faster going to Frickers and getting good food. Nothing at McDonald's is worth a 30 minute wait. Even if I was starving to death. Won't be going back.

I've just hit the 30 minute mark.. I'm still waiting for a burger I ordered. I'd leave but they took payment. Here's to hoping it takes less than an hour for this burger to be done. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and had food quicker.
Edit: had to go in at the 45 minute mark to get the sandwich. They seemed completely unaware. There were multiple people in the same position. A large group gave up and said they were going to contact their bank.

Work across the street! Went there for my lunch break which only get 30 mins. Waited 20 minutes in just the drive thru line alone. Didn't even get to pay or nothing. Average car was taking upwards to 5 plus minutes. Must be short staffed or somthing else going on!!! Would not recommend coming to this location!

Probably the worse McDonald's I've ever been to. The bathrooms were disgusting. They didnt even realize I had ordered. If you dont come through go through the drive thru. And then after all that I got home and the food was wrong.

The temperature in the restaurant was steaming hot. No air conditioning on a day of 107 degrees outside. The service was fine, but the heat was intolerable to try to eat inside. We took our food to the car. The two large chocolate shakes were not filled as they should have been. Feel bad for employees having to work under the circumstances.

Can't get service inside, doesn't matter how many people they have working or walk right past you sitting at the counter waiting to order. Waited ten minutes with multiple workers seeing me and no one took the time to take my order. I left without food because it was ridiculous, I'd give no stars if that were an option
