Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a double cheeseburger at 8 pm the meat was old you can tell it had been sitting way to long in the cabinet there's no reason for the laziness when reg meat doesn't take that long to cook on the grill if you won't eat dont serve it to anyone else

If I could give zero stars I would stopped to eat with the family on the way back from vacation by far the worst McDonald’s we have been to everything was cold the lobby is cold the food was cold and they didn’t offer most the deals from our app and there was a 10 cent up charge on our small drinks that is part pf the $5 meal deal

Don't let them pull you forward in the drive thru. Literally been sitting here 31 minutes waiting for my order. 20 piece nugget, large fry and 3 McChicken. Apparently they are killing the chickens themselves. Terrible service.

It's hit and miss with this place. Once in awhile it takes 20 minutes to get through the line because they don't have enough staff and when you get your food It's still cold. When they're properly staffed, the food is usually okay. Fries sometimes look like they dropped them back in the grease, and once my fish sandwich was so old & hard it could break my teeth. The staff is usually nice tho and when food is hot it's good.
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. No matter how busy or dead they are, SLOW as molasses. They also tried to get away with not giving me 2 of my items I ordered. They just were hoping I'd drive off, but instead when I checked the bag, we were missing 2 of the 3 pies we ordered. It wasn't until after I told them they were missing did they tell me it was going to take 12 min to make more pies. So obviously they knew they were out and just gave me one hoping I wouldn't notice at the window. Shady customer experience/service.

11/16/2024 i don't know the name of the supervisor working this morning but whoever she is she is always rude and very unfriendly. If she is not happy in her current profession, she needs find herself a factory or warehouse job where she doesn't have to deal with the public .

Sat at the drive Thu speaker (2nd one) and waited about 10 minutes and a car pulled up to the 1st speaker and was immediately waited on. I had to yell during their order to let them know I had been sitting there first.
Always horrible service at this location.
Won't go back.
Ended up waiting over 20+ minutes to pay and get food.
And it wasn't even the lunch hour..

100% won’t ever be going back to this location. Asked for extra caramel and they rolled their eyes and refused to do it. Not one car in the line behind and said our cold fries were fresh. They’ve been sitting in the warmer for atleast 3 hours. Horrible service.
