My employees were subjected to a derogatory statement, implying they were attempting to obtain complimentary food. Despite my attempts to contact the manager, I have yet to receive a response. The unprofessional conduct was readily apparent. After detailing the missing items from the order, the staff reluctantly provided the sandwiches and fries, but initially refused to include the beverages. Throughout this interaction, the manager remained unavailable, leaving a junior employee to manage the situation. I am awaiting a return call, though I have reservations about its likelihood. Their actions reflect a significant lack of integrity.

Charged me for a large order of fries when they only had small. Tried to order it again now that they have it and said I had to pay full price when they already overcharged me? I said I want it for the correct price and the short little jerk who doesn’t wear a uniform told me to get out of “his line”. Not sure if this is his first week on the job, but their drive through has no exit lol so I had to wait for the customer in front of me. Imagine ripping someone off then being a jerk to them when you call their BS out.
