My employees were subjected to a derogatory statement, implying they were attempting to obtain complimentary food. Despite my attempts to contact the manager, I have yet to receive a response. The unprofessional conduct was readily apparent. After detailing the missing items from the order, the staff reluctantly provided the sandwiches and fries, but initially refused to include the beverages. Throughout this interaction, the manager remained unavailable, leaving a junior employee to manage the situation. I am awaiting a return call, though I have reservations about its likelihood. Their actions reflect a significant lack of integrity.

Charged me for a large order of fries when they only had small. Tried to order it again now that they have it and said I had to pay full price when they already overcharged me? I said I want it for the correct price and the short little jerk who doesn’t wear a uniform told me to get out of “his line”. Not sure if this is his first week on the job, but their drive through has no exit lol so I had to wait for the customer in front of me. Imagine ripping someone off then being a jerk to them when you call their BS out.

I've NEVER had a bad meal or wrong order. They stay busy but get you in and out in no time! Always friendly. Great fast food option or dessert option! And affordable

Parking: Nice size parking area with tables and seats located on premises to eat outside when it's nice.
We got our regular sandwiches which were very good and decided to try their fruit deserts. I loved it, most I've had before had too thick of a crust at other fast food restaurants for me, and not enough fruit!! Wish there was a Rally's closer to us.

i haven’t visited this place in years. I decided I would give it a try because I was on this side of town and boy was I disappointed I tried the new bbq chicken bites and they literally gave me 5 which is pathetic. And them a bacon rally burger with cheese and the burger was dry and the bun was soggy and overall was not good. I also bought a chili dog - the onions on top were soggy and the hot dog was cold!! So disappointed and so gross!! Waste of money !!
