I ordered to go and the portions were really small for appetizers and entrees were not what the picture looked. For $88 dollars I would expect more quality. I had the carbonara and the bacon was not cooked all the way and the sauce was lacking. The crab cakes were very small and burnt. This is the only “Italian” spot and it is lacking quality for an expensive atmosphere. 20 minutes for a fast rushed fine dine restaurant

Absolutely delicious! The homemade house Italian dressing is the best I’ve ever had, and the fresh made in house bread was fantastic. I had the spaghetti and meatballs and my husband ham the chicken parm. Both were incredible! Finding fresh, truly authentic (and *almost* as delicious as my Italian grandmother makes) Italian cuisine is hard to come by but definitely can be found here! The waitstaff were incredibly efficient and friendly. We would definitely love to regular this spot if it wasn’t 400 miles from home. Thanks for a great experience!

My wife and I found a coupon for a meal for two for $30 and it was a fantastic surprise. The deal consisted of 1 shared appetizer, salad, 2 entrees and a shared desert. It was delicious! I had the Fettuccini Alfredo and my wife had the Veal Parmesan. Both entrees had plenty of food that we had to take home. Our wait staff was super friendly and we had a nice laugh and certainly the price was very fair. Even with a bottle of wine and tip, our bill was under $60. We'll be back!

We (2 couples) found Scarpettas online as we were traveling from Maryland to Frankenmuth. Tired and hungry, we decided to give it a try and were pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed our meals thoroughly, staff were wonderful and the short drive from the interstate gave us a chance to experience the area. We left renewed and refreshed, having enjoyed an authentic Italian meal. Definitely check them out!

First time there very nice place clean nice vibe. We were seated and no one showed to take our order. Finally the chef came and took or order as he noticed us sitting there.while 5 other employees just acting as it wasn't there job. Food had little flavor but was presented very nice.. Portions were fine but as I say very bland I was expecting so much better after reading reviews.

We came in from out of town on a Wednesday night and had the most amazing service from our waitress, Sarah. So much so, that we chose to return for another meal on Saturday before we left town the next morning. We were delighted to get to enjoy Sarah's impeccable customer service again. She remembered the adults drinks and even our orders from our first visit. We appreciate you, Sarah! The food was amazing as well! Our youngest, pickiest eater loved the pizza and then the fettuccine Alfredo. It was amazing that she ordered pasta(which she claims to dislike!). Alise (sp?) the hostess was also wonderful and so incredibly sweet. We have already recommended Scarpetta to other families in our nationwide group of competitors and we will most definitely return! Thank you so much.
