The food was amazing with true Italian flavors. We were passing through and had an excellent supper. I’m from NC and don’t have this kind of Italian. Scarpetta’s definitely is not Olive Garden! Would be my go to if I lived local. Customer service top-notch.

Drinking a beer, waitress brings me another, and without asking takes the beer I hadn't finished yet. My house salad was different than my son's horse salad yet we ordered the same things. We ordered 2 appetizers, one came, and no lie 2 minutes later or entrees came out. We started eating, then the second appetizer came out. The waitress didn't even consider adjusting the bill, or asking if we even wanted the appetizer at that point. Wouldn't recommend coming here.

We got there an hour before close, and the hostess was friendly and kind while seating us. However, the server immediately came over, like literally, before we even opened our menus and seemed to demand an order be placed because they were closing soon. Like I said, it was a full hour before the kitchen closed when we arrived. We politely said, we haven’t had a chance to look at the menu yet, and she rudely said, the hostess should have told you we were closing soon, so you’ll need to put your order in ASAP. We said, no problem, give us a few minutes and we can order. Then she blew us off and didn’t come back over to take our order for nearly 15 minutes. Ugh! All 3 of our children have worked in restaurants here in California, so we are always patient and obliging to servers. It stinks to get bad service and even more so when they act as if they don’t want or need your patronage. Food was okay, service stunk. I got the shrimp scampi…pasta was crazy bland, barely any sauce, and my shrimp was pretty overcooked. My husband enjoyed his Chicken dish.

Scarpetta's has amazing food and great service. I'd highly recommend any of their pasta dishes, which are homemade and delicious! If you're in Fremont, this is a must-try place.

Everything is delicious but the Eggplant parmigiana is the absolute best in the world. I’ve literally eaten it in about 30 different countries and this is my favorite!

It's a nice place. The restaurant is shared with Elroys. The food itself feels more traditional Italian but I wasn't blown away that I have to come back again. Bread was okay, kind of hard to chew. Dessert just don't eat. We asked what was frozen and what was fresh. Cheesecake is not homemade. The chocolate cake has a texture like a brownie.
