9 out of 10 employees are rude. I have a modified drink order, it’s never done right and when I ask for them to fix it they’re instantly mad, make comments about how it’s right. When I know it isn’t. They’re always running out things. Feel like they don’t even acknowledge you half the time. I’ll say thank you and I know they hear me but they say nothing. They need better manners!

Been coming here every since they opened. Good drinks...prices a bit high...but ok. BUT maybe til your new hires to stay off the phone ..or visit with their mama's while I stand in line? If I want attitude, I'll stay home.

I had ordered a summer skies drink with extra boba. I walked in and the drink had no boba. They looked so sorry and then they asked if I wanted a cake pop I said I liked the chocolate one, they gave me the newest one the raccoon and the chocolate ones!! They are so nice

Why have a Starbucks, if they can't keep a good inventory... all drinks are pretty much unavailable asides from a basic coffee.
