I usually use this subway as my go to option for a snack, healthy option, and sandwich place. I ordered on the app and asked for all sauces to be on the side so I can have food for tomorrow as well. I see now that both subs I ordered have come with sauce on them. No one wants to eat soggy food. They wouldn’t know why I was doing it, but when I even tipped to show my appreciation, I’m not sure if I’ll have food that will be good for me tomorrow. Otherwise, I usually love this subway. I just feel like ordering two subs that are almost $10 at menu price would come as I asked.

I went in and for one no one greeted me and then I was asked what it was I needed and when I told them I picked 2 simple sandwiches 1 ham and turkey and cheese and the other one a simple limited time selection of theirs and asked how I wanted it and first one was done that was it the next one I wanted it with everything IT COMES WITH ! AS A EMPLOYEE OF SUBWAYS YOU HAVE INGREDIENTS TO EVERY SANDWICH YOU SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT COMES ON THE SANDWICHES UNLESS TOLD DIFFERENT BY CUSTOMER AND I CLEARLY SAID I WANTED HOW IT COMES HE THEN GOES FOR AVACADO IM LIKE UHH HE LIKE U DINT WANT THE AVACADO AT THIS POINT IM THINKING THIS HOW IT COMES AND THEN STARTS PUTTING SPINACH ECT IM LIKE UHHH HE LIKE U WANTED EVERYTHING ON IT IM LIKE NO I SAID I WANTED IT WITH EVERYTHING IT COMES WITH HE THEN ASK ME IF I WANT HIM TO START OVER I SAY YES HE THEN GETS MAD WALKS OFF TO TALK ABOUT ME IN MY FACE TO ANOTHER CO WORKER WITH THE MANAGER THERE NOT SAYING A WORD SO I SIMPLE WALKED OUT VERY UNSATISFIED WILL NOT BE GOING BACK !

I I was supposed to get a BLT bacon they did not do that. Didn't put hardly any lettuce on it and put 4 Olives and the manager is the one that made it. The manager name is PAT...... And mold on my bread. This is nasty. I will never go back to this one.

Slow and they skip over doordash orders

I had a catering order for my son’s birthday. I was able to call five days before and place the order. The day I was supposed to pick it up, I got a call an hour before. I didn’t answer and they left no voicemail. I called back 30 minutes later to find out that they did not know if it was meant for that day. I was told that they hadn’t started the order. When I went in the pick it up, the worker was complaining that I called 30 minutes before and placed a catering order not knowing I was the one picking it up. There were other things said by that worker that I will not put on here because it was taken care of by the manager. The order was not made the way I ordered it, and they tried to fix it the best they could. Due to the delay of the order, I had guest arrive to the party before I did. Once the sandwiches were opened, there were other things that I found that were not made right including the cheese and vegetables. I had guest that would not eat because of them not being made right and other guest picking stuff off of the sandwiches. I went in the next day and spoke with the manager. They were more than accommodating. They were able to refund my order along with taking care of the worker internally. I can’t say I’m pleased with the day I picked up my order, but I can say that the manager and staff there the next day were polite, respectful, and helpful.
I can say that if you have a problem with the food or service, the manager does take it seriously and wants guest to have the best time and food there as possible. If you have a problem, I would definitely speak with the manager. It’s important to remember that the sandwich artist are usually teenagers and for a lot of them this is their first job. They have experienced workers to manage them.

Young man that's working I asked why the sub was hard and got no response and the cheese that was supposed to be with the pretzel supposed to have salt and doesn't have salt it was not there Cuz they don't carry it All they carry is honey mustard honey mustards don't belong on pretzels He explained that there's nothing that he can do and started getting snippy. The sub is made totally wrong. Has the stuff that I didn't want on it so now I just have a plain sub that they can't figure out how to make or they're offering stuff that they don't even have. It's probably one of the worst subways in Fremont and the one over by Walmart's. Not much better

I understand that I came 15 minutes before closing. Had I really thought about it, I would have left without ordering when I heard the young man working telling his friends that 1st shift didn't make bread. Meaning, they're serving bread from the day before. Of course, when I got home and opened my sub, my bread was so hard, it had already started flaking. It was too hard to eat. Again, I was the dummy that ordered after hearing that no bread was made today. But where is the manager that was supposed to make sure the bread was edible? And where was the manager period, cuz the only people I saw were 2 teenagers just trying to do their jobs. Very sad and disappointed

Waited 3 minutes for anyone to greet us, we were the only people in there… Mexican dude was nice, black kid had an attitude seems like he hates life. He talked way too quiet I was just guessing on what he was saying. Between slamming bread down and ripping things out of the toaster I had to keep an eye on my sandwich to make sure he wasn’t messing with it. A huge group with coupons came after us and he deserved every bit of it, karma.

Walked in, no greet, nothing said to us after standing there for 3 minutes, then when the kid asked what we wanted he said it so quiet I didn’t even know he was talking to me. After that the whole time kid was slamming stuff because he had to do his JOB and had attitude the whole time. Not a very pleasant experience!

We went into the store to get a sandwich and waited 45 minutes. We had to ask to be waited on. They were standing there talking while we stood there. The one kid said i only had 2 hours of sleep and i was not impressed. We were there an hour that should of taken 15 minutes. I am not sure we will ever go back to you store. Get someone who really wants to take care of the customers..
You'd think it would be hard to mess up a mobile order... Why put toasted as an option?

Subway on State street. Just ordered Doordash from them . The order comes to my door and I go to eat my food and there is NO meat on my cold cut combo sandwich. Just veggies. Not even cheese.My CHicken bacon ranch came to me half with chicken NO bacon NO cheese. And my veggies.And the other half with just veggies and sauce Nothing else.I get the it's later at night. But this is absolutely unacceptable! I ordered it almost an hour and 15 min BEFORE they closed.
