One great experience after another! I love visiting my Mom in Fremont… and we always enjoy The Garrison. Our most recent visit on March 19th was, again, 5 Stars! We always enjoy the 209 Kegs for an appetizer. The Hot Honey Brussels Sprouts are also delicious. Mom loves the Brisket Tacos. I was happy to see Mahi Mahi on the new menu. It was outstanding! Our server, Carli, was very impressive too. Highly recommend The Garrison.
The food here is excellent and the space itself is really warm and charming. It’s the kind of place you want to love. Unfortunately the service felt very indifferent during our visit. Staff seemed disengaged and we rarely saw our server after the food was delivered. With a little more attention to hospitality this place could be fantastic.
My coworker and I went to have the poutine burger! It was a great sandwich. We had a cool drink that was a valentine theme with a heart in it. The appetizers are always a great choice and the more you get the more you can share! Leslie treated us well. She was a great bartender and server. The Valentine decor looks amazing and welcoming! It was a great relaxing time for us and I recommend it for those that need a break!
