I’m a Tim Hortons coffee junkie, so much so since they’re not in my area, I have it delivered. When I’m traveling back to my hometown in Ohio, I’m a thrice+ daily visitor for their coffee! During my last visit, my dad wanted to see what all the fuss was about, so I took him to the restaurant expanding my repertoire to breakfast sandwiches and donuts but the experience was horrible. The drive-thru claimed they were out of croissants, but when I went inside I discovered a whole bin hiding in plain sight. The donut team lectured me for not telling them I wanted to select my own donuts and then dramatically tossed the ones they had already put in the box back in the bin. But the real kicker was our sandwiches , now on an English muffin since they were “out” of croissants. I guess it was too much trouble to make an egg for each sandwich? Instead we received one sandwich with a laughable egg fragment, pilfered from its twin. Seriously, Tim Hortons? Needless to say, after this I’ll never be able to explain my love for Tim Hortons.

I showed up at 6:30pm to go thru the drive thru that’s open until 7pm. There was a worker outside smoking and said the drive thru was open until 7pm. We went to order and the menu was off, we went to the drive thru window and the woman inside ignored us. Absolutely awful customer service and the workers should be fired.

Love the coffee but recently the drive thru service is slow. Today I waited 11 minutes in the drive thru. Tim, please fix the service! I noticed several cars turning back out.

Got donuts and coffee. Very good selection. No gluten free options for my wife unfortunately. :-( Service was excellent though!

I'm completely fed up with this place. The people that work there are absolutely clueless and can't read a simple order modification. Ordered one breakfast sandwich with bacon, got no bacon nut they gave me double egg, and the manager tried telling me the bagel sandwiches come with 2 eggs when they most certainly do not. Never ordering anything through here again.

You should really have someone taste your soda or pop. Witch ever you prefer. Because I about regurgitated my sausage and egg biscuit. And blue berry muffin. After I took a big drink because I was very thirsty. Very flat bubble water. It's not only you. It's all restaurants. The muffin was spectacular.

Stopped by to get a hot chocolate and a chocolate chip muffin. The muffin was so old and hard, you couldn't put a fork through it.I should of known better since the last time I stopped by and order an Avocado toast. It looked like a 1 year old made it. (It was to late for me to take back because I was already home.) I even took a picture of it because it was so poorly put together.

Worst service ever. I had never seen and experienced such. Store doors were closed at morning 8:20 AM. Requested to open the door and I took 5 mins. Order was taken with arrogance. After giving the order, they replied saying no more eggs. When they can’t serve breakfast meal before 9 AM saying no eggs, what’s the point of wasting our time and what’s the point to have a store.
Dunkin Donuts can suck it!
