I spent $20 here. $4 on my drink and $16 on gas in the drive thru with a mere two cars in front of me. My little Japanese car gets good mileage too. If you come here bring a picnic basket and go inside.

I always go through drive thru. I normally just get a ice coffee here but they have always been soooooo good. Never wait long. And never had any problems here. You can go inside to get your order and to eat.

I’m a Tim Hortons coffee junkie, so much so since they’re not in my area, I have it delivered. When I’m traveling back to my hometown in Ohio, I’m a thrice+ daily visitor for their coffee! During my last visit, my dad wanted to see what all the fuss was about, so I took him to the restaurant expanding my repertoire to breakfast sandwiches and donuts but the experience was horrible. The drive-thru claimed they were out of croissants, but when I went inside I discovered a whole bin hiding in plain sight. The donut team lectured me for not telling them I wanted to select my own donuts and then dramatically tossed the ones they had already put in the box back in the bin. But the real kicker was our sandwiches , now on an English muffin since they were “out” of croissants. I guess it was too much trouble to make an egg for each sandwich? Instead we received one sandwich with a laughable egg fragment, pilfered from its twin. Seriously, Tim Hortons? Needless to say, after this I’ll never be able to explain my love for Tim Hortons.

I showed up at 6:30pm to go thru the drive thru that’s open until 7pm. There was a worker outside smoking and said the drive thru was open until 7pm. We went to order and the menu was off, we went to the drive thru window and the woman inside ignored us. Absolutely awful customer service and the workers should be fired.

Love the coffee but recently the drive thru service is slow. Today I waited 11 minutes in the drive thru. Tim, please fix the service! I noticed several cars turning back out.

I'm completely fed up with this place. The people that work there are absolutely clueless and can't read a simple order modification. Ordered one breakfast sandwich with bacon, got no bacon nut they gave me double egg, and the manager tried telling me the bagel sandwiches come with 2 eggs when they most certainly do not. Never ordering anything through here again.
