The Anthony R. Messed up my order by not doing my modifications that I asked for. I asked for a chicken sandwich (Plain) I asked him if he put plain and he said yeah and when I went to look at my receipt it didn’t say plain. Also I was waiting in line for a second time he clearly seen me and just stood there as the line progressively got longer. I just wanted a chilli and a frosty but he clearly didn’t take my order after waiting about 10 minutes.

Drive through experience sucked. Bought a combo meal, 2 Chili’s and a baked potato. Got back to where we were staying and no sandwich. I get it -probably should have checked but, come on - missing the sandwich from the combo meal? Experience just sucked.

I arrived late at night with my semi truck and parked near the franchise. Since there were no cars in the drive-through, I decided to walk up to place my order. However, the employee inside was lounging and informed me that he couldn't take my order because I was on foot. While I understand that the drive-through is designed for vehicles, it was completely empty, and it made no sense to refuse my order.

I ate there 3/25 almost immediately after consuming my food i came down with food poisoning. That was the only thing i had eaten that day. Here I am over a week later still miserable.
I stopped there this morning, got a baconator at drive thru. Had to look before I got back on 53. 1 pc of bacon broke in half. Really? Is that the protocol now. Sorry no wonder franchise is having problems
