GREAT GREAT service with plenty of knowledge. Had us tasting their selections while the kids tasted their sodas. Perfect atmosphere for a calm, outside night. Puppies, kitties, and pigs were a cherry on top of their experience.
Outstanding experience. Great beer.
Great beers and atmosphere. Workers were super friendly. Will come again for sure.
The beer is the best in NE Ohio, the people are friendly, and the atmosphere is as American/open as it gets. I try to get to the place as often as I can. It is especially wonderful on a sunny weekend in the summer months.
Met a friend from college here on a Friday for happy hour. Got another stamp on the Ohio Brewpath Passport and enjoyed an IPA per the bartenders recommendation. Fun for the whole family here with the animals and plenty of room outside for a group. Worth the drive for those who don't live nearby!!!
Awesome place! Hurt to leave! Beer was excellent!
Favorite brewery of mine. I've created lots of wonderful memories with family and friends here. Love the beer and the farm.
Best brewery in the USA, in my opinion.
I live in Virginia, and go to breweries all the time, in the VA area. As a German-American who grew up in Ohio, but who lived in Bavaria, Germany, for years, I find American breweries lacking in taste and types. American breweries are heavy on the hops and flavors, with 80% of most craft brewery menus consisting of IPA's and sours, with a couple stouts or porters mixed in. Rarely do you find a lager or ale, much less ones that are drinkable. IPA's, sours, porters, and stouts are beers that are easy to make by brewers who have no skills. Because of the strong hops in IPA's, the strong flavors in sours, and the strong flavors in porters and stouts due to the dark roasting of the malt, a bad brewer can hide mistakes, and, for some reason, Americans love IPA's and sours. Compared to Bud Light, I guess anything tastes good.
I love Bavarian lagers/Helles and Belgian ales, like blondes, dubbels, and trippels. Best beers in the world, I think. And Wooly Pig Farm Brewery is one of the best in the USA with their Bavarian-styled lagers/Helles and wheat/Weizen beers. Their pilsner is good, too, with the right amount of hops, unlike most USA brewers who take a pilsner recipe and over-hop, as they do most beers.
Hops contain one of the world's strongest plant estrogens (8-prenylnaringenin). As I have always said, those who like IPA's and other over-hopped beers must be feminine, with de-sensitized taste buds. Save your testosterone and do not drink IPA's! ;)
Long story short: make a trip to Wooly Pig; you will not be disappointed!

Fun place and great beer
My first visit was a Friday evening - too late to see the piggies - but it was an amazing place. Beautiful outdoor area. I love that they have dogs roaming. My baby girl golden mix would love to hang out here! The beer and merchandise are so nice. I bought a beer mug. Not for beer, but for coffee. It has a dual usage. I love it! Can't wait to return and pet the piggies.
Fantastic place! Great beer! Dog friendly!
Excellent beer to drink there or take home.
Great beers and a fun Oktoberfest experience!
