My husband and I ordered dinner from here tonight. Disappointed is an understatement. I ordered the Italian Beef Sub that says it comes in an au jus sauce and provolone cheese. I can tell you the meat is nothing more than unseasoned “steak-um” meat. There was no au jus sauce! I opened the sub to find lettuce and tomato which is nothing even in the description. When I placed the order it was 45 minutes to deliver and it’s been over an hour. I called to check on my order and ask for compensation. I was transferred to your manger and He said my order just came out of the oven and ask if I want the order or not. He also said they don’t go off online orders. I have ordered from other stores and they always go off what’s online.
